Start by taking three deep breaths.
Inhale slowly through your nose,
Feeling your chest and tummy rise,
Inviting calmness into your body.
Exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any tension you might be holding,
Especially around your hips.
Now visualize a warm golden light above you.
This light is pure,
Healing,
And filled with unconditional love and support.
With each breath,
Imagine breathing in this golden light.
Feel its warmth and comfort radiating from your mouth,
Down to your neck,
Your arms,
Your stomach,
Your pelvis,
And your legs.
Now focus this warm golden light in your hips.
See it penetrating deeply into the muscles,
Joints,
And bones.
This light is intelligent and knows exactly where healing is needed.
Feel it starting the healing process within your cells.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine the golden light becoming brighter and warmer,
Concentrating its healing energy on your hips.
With each inhale,
The light intensifies its healing.
And with each exhale,
Imagine releasing the pain and discomfort from your hips,
Letting it dissolve and vanish into the atmosphere.
Now let the visualization of the golden light expand,
Filling your entire pelvic area with warmth and healing energy.
Feel the light as firm,
Loving hands that are supporting and stabilizing your core.
Allow the light to restore balance and harmony within your body.
For the next few minutes,
Bask in the sensation of the healing golden light.

Or perhaps you want to circulate the light around your body.
