Welcome,
I'm Dr.
Kim from Your Quiet Light.
It is my pleasure to guide you through this meditation for low back pain relief.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down,
And gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs with fresh air.
Exhale slowly through your nose,
Releasing any tension.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Bring your awareness to your lower back.
Notice any sensations you may be feeling,
Whether it's tension,
Discomfort or pain.
Allow yourself to acknowledge these sensations without judgement.
Slowly observe them with curiosity.
Now imagine a warm golden light surrounding your lower back,
Gently soothing and healing
any areas of discomfort.
With each breath,
Feel this healing light expanding and radiating throughout your entire
lower back.
Feel the relief and relaxation in every muscle and vertebra.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Visualize your lower back becoming lighter and looser
with each breath.
Feel all the tension melt away,
Replaced by a sense of ease and comfort.
Allow yourself to surrender to this feeling of relief,
Knowing that healing is taking
place within you.
Now bring your awareness to your breath once again.
Notice how it flows effortlessly in and out of your body,
Like the gentle ebb and flow
of the ocean.
With each inhale,
Imagine breathing in golden light which travels down your spine to soothe
your lower back.
With each exhale,
Release any remaining tension.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself.
I am healed.
My lower back is strong and resilient.
I release all tension and discomfort.
I am supported by the loving energy of the universe.
I am healed.
My lower back is strong and resilient.
I release all tension and discomfort.
I am supported by the loving energy of the universe.
I am healed.
My lower back is strong and resilient.
I release all tension and discomfort.
I am supported by the loving energy of the universe.
Feel these affirmations resonating within you,
Filling you with a sense of peace and
well-being.
Now gently bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time for your self-care and healing.
May you move through your day with ease and comfort,
Embraced and supported by your own
quiet light.
Thank you for joining me through this meditation for low back pain relief.
Have a wonderful day.
Namaste.
You
