I'm Dr.
Kim and I'll be your guide through this journey of healing and relaxation.
We will be focusing on nurturing your gut and releasing stress,
Tension and emotions in this area.
Find a comfortable position either sitting or laying down and gently close your eyes.
As we begin,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling your belly expand.
Exhale slowly through your nose,
Letting go of any tension you may be holding.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed,
Letting your body sink deeper into a state of calm.
Now bring your awareness to your abdomen,
The area around your belly button.
Visualize a warm golden light glowing softly in this area.
This light is pure,
Healing and filled with love and compassion.
As you inhale,
Feel this golden light expanding,
Filling your entire abdomen with warmth and comfort.
Allow it to penetrate deeply into your gut,
Soothing any discomfort or tension you may be feeling.
With each exhale,
Release any stress,
Tension or negative emotions stored in this area,
Allowing them to dissolve and drift away.
Continue to breathe deeply and slowly,
Allowing the golden light to work its magic.
Feel it nourishing and nurturing your digestive system,
Promoting optimal function and balance.
Notice any sensations or feelings that arise as you connect with this healing energy.
As you bask in this golden glow,
Know that you are supported and cared for.
Trust in the wisdom of your body to heal and restore itself.
Allow yourself to let go of any worries or concerns,
Knowing that you are safe and protected in this moment.
Now,
Let's take a moment to focus on any specific areas of discomfort or tension in your digestive system.
Bring your attention to these areas and visualize the golden light enveloping them completely like a warm,
Soothing blanket.
Feel any tightness or discomfort melting away as the healing energy works its magic.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine the golden light expanding beyond your physical body,
Surrounding you with a protective shield of healing energy.
Allow this light to extend outwards,
Creating a sense of peace and tranquility in your entire being.
Take a few more moments to bask in this healing light,
Allowing it to nourish and rejuvenate you from the inside out.
Know that you can return to this meditation whenever you need to nurture and support your digestive system.
As our meditation comes to a close,
Gently bring your awareness back to your surrounding.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
