Many of us carry stress, tension, and emotional overwhelm in the hips without even realising it. In this gentle somatic practice, you'll explore slow, mindful movements designed to release hip tension, improve mobility, and help calm the nervous system. Through subtle rolling and hip-opening movements, you'll be invited to let go of unnecessary muscular holding in the pelvis and reconnect with a greater sense of ease in your body. This is a short introductory practice, and an extended version is available for those who would like to go deeper into hip release and nervous system regulation.
