Edit 3 from past review. : im sorry i didn't see the notification. I wish there was a notification for it 😅 I would have gotten back sooner. I feel honored. The notifications were there but they are in a apecific side place I didnt think to click. So im sorry! i really like your first choice personally. I think it will bring people here faster too. Do the thing you're avoiding is exactly what a lot of us need i think. Its procrastination but sometimes it is procrastinating something that will help (Ironically im procrastinating currently and trying to push myself up haha). The hardest thing with procrastination for me is i want to relax and give a space but then I just want it to last forever and then im rushing last minute. Its part of why adhd to do list is half way done but by the end im exhausted like i did a bunch more things. I need a break but I need to be able to snap myself out of it too. This one you will be coming with will be so helpful. I am extrememly looking forward to it! Also genuinely. I listen to some meditations that are by the top people but some don't work for me. And yours did so well. Its crazy what words work mentally better for some and not for others. Sorry 3 also, your voice is also extrememly relaxing. I am a musician and an artist who puts my emotions into these fields when creating. I find the talks and meditations I need are more rhythmic and lower bass. Even the women's. The pacing does a lot for me. Point is. If you ever doubt that you're helping based on other numbers and that you cant see us progress, you are a thousand percent are. I dont know why i felt to tell you that but sometimes even the emotional healers need supportive words besides from their loved ones. (*also accidentally deleted og post 😭)
