Motivation is that magic ingredient that gets you where you want to be in life.

When you're highly motivated to get something done,

It suddenly becomes much easier to get yourself into the flow.

If your motivation is lacking,

And you need a little boost,

You may simply need to rediscover what motivates you.

There are many ways you can motivate yourself.

A rediscovering and harnessing that motivation may actually be the key to living a happier life.

Rediscovering your motivation can help you succeed in nearly every area of life.

If you want to adjust your weight,

Shape,

Or size,

Or level of fitness,

Or the way you eat,

Or job prospects,

Personal life,

It can help you stay focused on achieving important goals.

Staying motivated means that your energy remains high and is put to good use.

If you want to rediscover your motivation,

You're in the right place.

Let's kickstart some motivation right now.

I don't necessarily see this moment as a meditation,

But more perhaps of a lively motivational talk,

A pep talk if you will.

You might want to close your eyes down as you listen for this part,

But it's not essential.

You might want to keep your eyes open and let my words simply flow through your alert mind and body.

That's up to you.

But I'd like you to get yourself comfortable as you listen anyway.

Motivation is an internal state.

It induces you to engage in particular behaviors.

It's an innate force that causes you to take action.

It's your get up and go.

And without motivation,

You might feel like you're simply dragging through life.

When you're motivated,

You're on fire for life.

You leap out of bed with a smile.

When you're motivated,

You're excited to do things.

Motivation can make the difference between success and failure.

And today,

You're rediscovering that motivation so that you can live your best life.

So now that you're calm and comfortable,

You're now ready to make some positive changes in life.

And believe me,

You have all the tools that you need.

Because being motivated is a mindset.

It's an attitude.

When you feel motivated,

Everything in life starts flowing in a more positive direction.

So as we begin,

It's important to focus your mind on an intention.

To focus your mind on something you need to feel a little more motivated about.

I want you to think about that for a moment.

What area of your life could use a boost of motivational power?

Have a think.

This could be any goal.

A goal to exercise more.

A goal to eat healthier.

You might want to find a more satisfying job.

Perhaps be a little more social.

I want you to think of something that you really want to achieve.

What is it that you truly desire?

Make that connection between that thing that you want to accomplish and that strong emotional feeling of desire.

For example,

If you want to exercise more or eat healthier,

You might imagine yourself working out at a gym,

Feeling great,

Or jogging out in the park,

Breathing in that fresh air.

You might visualize yourself cooking healthier meals or trying on some new clothes.

If your motivation is focused on getting a better paying or more satisfying job,

Then imagine yourself immersed in that work.

The kind of work that really feeds your soul,

And perhaps one that pays you generously.

See yourself,

Feel yourself,

Imagine yourself in the exact situation.

Notice that state of mind that you would be in,

Having already achieved these important goals.

And notice,

Just notice how good you feel as you experience this moment,

This state of mind,

This feeling that you would be having when already having achieved these important goals.

When you get motivated,

Everything changes.

You can create whatever kind of life or reality you desire.

You have a great source of power within you,

Your own internal motivation.

You can tap into that sense of motivation anytime you want to.

Everything in life,

It's about building that powerful state of mind.

And when that sense of motivation comes from within,

Anything is possible.

When you're able to control your mind,

Everything fits together.

And today,

You're making these great changes.

You're finding that courage,

You're getting motivated.

And as we proceed together,

I want you to keep channeling those good,

Positive,

Happy feelings you feel when you think of those important goals.

All that achievement ahead,

Feeling that happiness and joy bubbling up from deep down inside you now.

I want you to keep focusing on what kind of things motivate you.

And I want you to be honest with yourself and really think about that.

And also remember that money isn't necessarily the motivator.

Perhaps the opportunity that money may bring,

What money allows you to buy or do,

Maybe the real motivation.

What kind of things or activities help you live life in the flow?

What do you love doing or being?

What do you love having or creating?

When is it that you are truly the happiest?

What kind of things do you love doing in your spare time?

Find that motivation within.

Use it to help you get into the flow.

Use it as your own personal magic dust.

Motivation is like a fire that lights up from within your soul.

Picture yourself rediscovering that motivation for life right now.

Feel the freedom you now have.

The freedom of expression,

The authenticity,

The truth,

The prosperity,

Even the abundance all around.

Feel a big smile that comes to your face when you're highly motivated and doing what you absolutely love doing.

Feel those good positive happy feelings in that moment and let them flow right the way through you.

You might even feel a tingling feeling pulsing its way through your body.

That's called excitement.

And as you feel that feeling you can focus on the intention you have.

Feel that motivation from within.

And imagine yourself literally jumping out of bed,

Getting inspired every moment of every day.

Focus on how it feels to feel good once again.

To wake up feeling motivated and inspired to tackle the day,

To tackle each challenge,

Whatever it brings.

See yourself rediscovering your motivation for life.

This is your natural state of being now.

You've got this.

I want us to do something together now.

It's called mental rehearsal.

So let's do this mental rehearsal together to supercharge your motivations.

Simple takes just a few steps.

And I want you to ask yourself a question in your mind.

What is it that you really want in life?

What is it that you really want in life?

Because when you get crystal clear on your goals,

It's often much easier to ignite that motivation from within.

What is it that you really want in life?

I want you to think back.

Think back to one of those defining moments in your life.

A moment when you felt on top of the world.

A moment that you felt fearless and certain.

A time when you vibrated with a sense of aliveness.

When you felt motivated and inspired to achieve anything.

Tap into that feeling right now.

It might even feel like electricity flowing through you.

This is a time when you felt inspired.

When you were on fire for life.

A time when you were bursting with creativity,

Strength,

Confidence,

Brilliant ideas.

It's a time when you experienced clarity of thought.

A feeling of being in control.

As though you were tasting a brand new level of freedom and possibility and opportunity.

As I count 1 to 3,

I want you to put yourself in that moment.

I want you to be there right now.

1,

2,

And 3.

Put yourself in that moment right now.

Be there right now.

How does this moment feel?

Look around.

See everything.

Hear everything.

Feel all the sensations.

Notice what's different.

See yourself thriving,

Living life to its absolute fullest.

The truth is that you deserve this fulfilling life.

A life where you're motivated every day to live your best life.

And I want you to picture yourself at that moment.

That moment when you've rediscovered,

When you've ignited that motivation.

I want you to breathe deeply and focus on your intentions.

See yourself thriving.

Immerse yourself in this mental rehearsal.

Imagine yourself doing whatever it is you really want to do or achieve.

Be inside that moment of freedom.

And whatever,

Whatever you focus on,

Make it bigger,

Bolder,

Brighter,

Clearer,

The colors more vibrant,

The sounds sharper.

I want you to literally step into this new future in your mind.

The future where you've achieved these goals.

You may have got that job,

Reached your ideal weight,

Shape or size or found true love or rediscovered yourself or accomplished something else huge.

And I want you to imagine a point in the future,

A time,

Let's say a few months down the road.

Put yourself there now.

Imagine everything you can see,

Everything you can hear,

Everything you can feel.

You are at that moment in time,

Just a few months down the road from now.

And the more detailed you get in that mind,

The more real it becomes.

And decide right now,

In that moment,

Who you really want to be.

Going forward.

And I want you to absolutely let go of the past.

Step into who you want to be.

From now on,

You are this person.

You are motivated.

You're inspired in pursuing all of your goals.

You're doing what you love,

And you can be richly rewarded.

You know,

This change has an impact on your life,

And it will continue to work for you and lead you towards bigger and better things,

New opportunities for you to share your gifts with the world.

Your motivation and enthusiasm are expanding more and more each day,

And it feels fantastic.

You've rediscovered that motivation,

And it shows.

You can feel it as you step out into the world.

You can celebrate this new motivation.

And now as I count from one to five,

You can step forward into the newly motivated you.

Ready to take action.

Ready to achieve your goals.

Beginning with one,

Coming back slowly,

Two,

A little more now,

Three,

Coming back to the present time,

The present place,

Four,

Excited about all of these incredible changes,

And five,

If your eyes are closed,

You can now open them,

Wide awake.
