Thank you for this podcast of all your tools ! Thank you for shareing about emotional Regulation, and understanding how you use them in a harsh setting. I just think it’s really cool to have that support with your group of supporters to be vulnerable and to share uncomfortable and personal lessons that really help us all ! thank you.
