Julie Campilio once believed she was living with anxiety that would never go away, until she realized it was neurodivergence. That insight didn’t start her life’s work; it gave her a deeper understanding of it: supporting children—and the grown-ups who care for them—in reconnecting with the tools we already have inside of us but have not been taught or encouraged to access for emotional well-being. For over 20 years, Julie has helped kids and caregivers recognize the resilience and wisdom already within them while offering mind-body tools to help soothe their nervous systems. As a neurodivergent mom raising a child with Autism and ADHD, she brings deep compassion, firsthand understanding, and a sense of shared humanity to her work. Blending neuroscience, mindfulness, and play, Julie creates experiences that awaken the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore. Her work reminds us that emotional regulation isn’t something to chase or master; it’s something we can gently return to, again and again, with the right support and a little curiosity. She collaborates with educators, researchers, and social workers to co-create resources that are science-informed, heart-centered, and grounded in everyday life, whether a child is working through big emotions or simply growing their awareness. When she’s not creating or teaching, you’ll find Julie biking, practicing yoga, dancing with joy, playing pickleball, or exploring the outdoors with her family.

I have 7 grandkids and very often care for them. I learned many new strategies in this course for dealing with various situations that may arise at any given moment. And, I will pass the information on to my three daughters as well!

My son loves the cover photo on the. Meditation. He really enjoyed wiggling his fingers and toes at the end. He said that his water slide reached the clouds.
