Transcript

Find a comfortable position with your body.

Rest your head.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Two more.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

Full breath in.

Full breath out.

If it feels comfortable,

Close your eyes.

Soften your face.

Relax your shoulders and feel the air on your skin.

Imagine walking on a path through a forest.

Your feet crunching on fallen golden leaves as you walk slowly.

You are surrounded by nature.

Birds are singing and butterflies are fluttering.

The rays of sun beam through the trees,

Making a moving pattern on the dirt path before you.

Notice the trees as they gently sway in the wind.

To the right of you is a flowing river.

Watch the water flow over large and small rocks.

You take a moment to stop and breathe,

Breathing in the fresh smell of large evergreen trees.

Inhale for three,

Two,

One.

Exhale for three,

Two,

One.

Inhale for three,

Two,

One.

Exhale for three,

Two,

One.

Please do anything in this forest that you would like.

When you hear the sound of the bell,

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Start to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Make any small movement that feels comfortable for you.

Slowly open your eyes and come back to this moment with a sense of peace and calm.

That was great . I didn’t want to come back. I literally have a jack hammer going outside my window and it totally disappeared when I went into the forest! Wow! Definitely book marking this for daily use. Just wish it was longer. :)
