Transcript

Find a comfortable position with your body.

Rest your head.

Take a deep breath in.

And let it go.

Two more.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

Inhale.

Exhale.

If it feels comfortable,

Close your eyes.

Soften your face.

Relax your shoulders.

And feel the air on your skin.

Imagine your favorite place in the entire world.

It could be a place you have visited.

Or a place you make up in your mind.

Notice what is in your favorite place.

Get curious about what it smells like here.

In your favorite place,

You can do anything that makes you happy.

In the middle of your favorite place is your favorite food.

Try a bite of this delicious food.

Mmm,

It makes your body and your mind feel so good.

Take a deep breath in.

And out.

Start to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Make any small movement that feels comfortable for you.

When the sound of the bell stops for you,

We've finished our adventure.

This is exceptional ! My kids and I absolutely love this meditation. They are 2 and 4. We discuss what we did during the meditation. It’s the perfect amount of deep breathing and imagination. It’s pure bliss! For them and me:)

I must agree that the food part is perfect for kids. When it was mentioned I could hear my active six year old smacking his lips and whisper, β€œyes, it is good!” He said his favorite place was an β€œall you can eat pizza store!” Thank you for such a perfect child meditation. Three minutes of quiet from my boy is quite an accomplishment!
