He is the author of several books, including Tiny Shifts: How Emotional Health Transforms Stress, Relationships, and Longevity, Uncovering Happiness, and A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook. His newest book, Tiny Shifts, was recently featured in Mark Hyman’s Top 5 Picks. Elisha is also host of The Emotional Longevity Podcast. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Stefanie Goldstein, PhD, and their three boys.
