Elisha Goldstein, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, author, and mindfulness teacher whose work helps people meet stress, difficult emotions, and everyday life with greater awareness and compassion. For more than 20 years, he has taught practical tools for mindfulness, emotional resilience, and well-being. He is the author of several books, including Tiny Shifts: How Emotional Health Transforms Stress, Relationships, and Longevity, Uncovering Happiness, and A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook. His newest book, Tiny Shifts, was recently featured in Mark Hyman’s Top 5 Picks. Elisha is also host of The Emotional Longevity Podcast. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Stefanie Goldstein, PhD, and their three boys.

As I have done this many times it is new every time. Elisha’s voice is calm. I feel to be mindful to our emotions and feelings we need to follow what Elisha is saying using the breath as an anchor. If I can’t shut my eyes Iook down at a anchor spot. I’m looking forward to his new book Tiny Shifts coming in March. Namaste! 🙏🌻☮️
