It's Elisha Goldstein and I'm here with my one of my best friends and family members Rosie and I want to give you one mindful tip that that has really made a huge impact on my life and a huge impact on Thousands of people that I've worked with and it's really really simple and I want you to begin playing with it you know,
There's there's a lot of people out there that we come in contact with moment to moment day to day and typically we just either don't see them or We don't really pay that much attention to them But I want you to do one simple thing From here on out and try it out throughout the rest of this day or maybe the rest of this week and see what impact It has on you.
I want you to be on the lookout for the good moments that people are having maybe they're Laughing with each other maybe someone's exercising or maybe somebody is doing something fun or maybe someone has just had an accomplishment a co-worker a colleague or something like their family member or Maybe you're connecting and gathering with other people and there's laughter in the air and something like that in that moment I want you to see the person in front of you a person just like you who wants to feel cared about and understood wants to feel a sense of belonging and I want you to sit in your in your heart drop into your heart for a minute and just say yeah good for you Oh,
I'm so happy for your your moment.
It's so great That somebody else is having a great moment and see what that does in my experience It's been incredibly uplifting and I feel a sense of connection in doing that and an age of I don't know like increasing disconnection is what I see as this is a really powerful practice to bring into your life and I had even kind of expanded a little bit if you're willing to play and be adventurous a bit and expand it to these these little ones over here and And see if you see them and they seem to be happy and having a good a good time or any other animals or anything like that,
You know,
Just have a have a Uplifting spirit in in your mind and heart for them like a good for you I'm happy for this animals having a good time Whatever that might seem a little out there to you But just kind of play with it people and being other beings on this planet When you see them in a good space and a good moment tune your mind over to that and just be happy for their happiness Play with that as an experiment and just see what you notice.
