In this lesson, we look at how to optimize our breath for stress relief. We look at how stress is an everyday part of our lives but how we process our stress is up to us. During the session we learn more about the nervous system and how we can use our breath to hack and optimize our system in helping us to process stress in a healthy and effective way.

On day three, we look at how the focus is a skill that we can improve. We will learn that we can use our breath in order to cultivate focus and clarity.

Deepen Your Sleep With Your Breath
In this lesson, we talk about sleep and its vital function for the body. We learn about how we can use our breath to optimize our sleep and achieve deep, rejuvenating, restful sleep. There is a short recap at the end of what we've learned and best practices moving forward.
