In this lesson, you'll learn how to calm your emotions and clear your mind. These are essential first steps on the path toward discovering your inner wisdom. You'll be introduced to the concepts we will expand upon throughout the course, practice some breathwork, and get some recommendations on how to shift some habits to help you progress on this journey.

Discerning
In lesson 2, you'll learn about how to discern the difference between messages you receive from your mind, your reactive emotions, or your deep inner wisdom. You'll practice a tapping exercise designed to awaken instinct and compassion, and you'll be given a thought exercise to carry you through the next few days.
Lezione 3
Listening
In lesson 3, we will practice deep listening in various ways. It is essential to look within and listen to all the messages from your body, mind, emotions, energy, and more. If you familiarize yourself with what's going on inside, you will sharpen your instinct and be a better listener when engaging with other people.
Lezione 4
Growing
This last session of the course explores actions that will help you continue to grow on your journey of cultivating instinct and inner wisdom. It includes discussions of wisdom texts, journaling, poetry, meditation, and more.
