Connecting With The Heart
This session begins with a 15-minute introduction to the heart and the exercise. The second half of the audio is dedicated to the exercise itself.
In this lesson, we explore the process of healing the heart through commitment and authenticity, encouraging participants to live fully and love deeply, even if it means experiencing pain. It emphasizes that emotions, even uncomfortable ones, are meant to flow through the body like waves and pass.
The healing process involves connecting with your heart and learning to identify and release emotional blockages such as grief or old wounds, in order to restore balance and foster a deeper connection with yourself and others. We do this in a creative way by feeling into the landscape of the heart and sensing the qualities there.

Investigating The Crux
In this session, we begin with a brief 5-minute discussion on how our environment, relationships, and thoughts influence the state of the heart, emphasizing the importance of balance in its nourishment.
We explore the role of gratitude and positive thinking in supporting emotional well-being.
The guided exercise focuses on going a little deeper this time. We will address a specific area of the heart, it could be a past event that has taken place or a lingering emotion, we will search for the origin and look for the first time this sensation took place within the body. Step by step, we will work through the process, staying present and engaged in the experience.

Transforming The Heart From The Inside Out
Today's lesson begins with a brief five minute discussion on the importance of keeping the "house" of the heart clean and the value of tidying up from time to time. We’ll also explore ongoing practices to support and nurture ourselves as we continue on our healing journey.
The main focus of today’s exercise is the process of releasing emotional weight, negative energies, and old wounds that have settled in the heart. This will be done through an exercise known as the Funnel Exercise. Picture these dense, murky energies spinning out, creating space within your heart that is clear and open. As we release these burdens, we make room for light, compassion, and healing to flow in, filling the heart with goodness, clarity, and peace.
This exercise is designed to cleanse the emotional body, allowing you to invite in feelings of love, gratitude, and joy. As you practice this mindful release and reception, your heart transforms into a vessel of renewal, open to the beauty of the present moment and the love that surrounds you.
