A drop of fresh peace.
The intention with this meditation,
We can also call this calm time,
Resetting time,
Whatever may speak to you,
Is to get a taste of a drop or more of peace.
Regardless if you have tried meditation or not before,
Many of us can recall one or more times in our lives when we have felt a wave of peace and calmness wash over us.
That wave is a state of being.
Sometimes we try to get back to it,
Sometimes we strive to achieve it again.
Eventually,
Regardless of what we are holding onto or experiencing in our lives,
We remember that that opening of a wave of peace is always there.
Just as the sun is always shining and may sometimes be covered by clouds or thunder,
It's always there.
It always exists for us,
Just like we exist for the sun.
It's just a matter of tuning in to the sun behind the clouds.
So see if you can relax your body a little bit more.
Let your body sink into the surface you are sitting or laying on.
Relax your forehead and cheeks and for a few moments together we are going to count from 5 to 0 and when we get to 0,
More calmness washes over us.
If any clouds are there covering the sun,
We start seeing the sun rays.

0.
The sun rays are starting to reach you and you don't have to do anything.
Just witness them.
You feel a gently warm sensation.
Warmth that is full of love and nurturing.
The sun gently kisses your cheek and that is all in this moment.
Know that all this exists within you.
And when you are ready,
Start to come back to your body again.
