The intention with this meditation is to relief stress and anxiety. We will do a body scan, gently moving through and bringing awareness to different parts of our bodies. We will use the breathe as an anchor to pull ourselves back into centre, while resetting ourselves back home. Enjoy a moment of relaxation and coming back into alignment.

Sometimes we can feel stressed when the body has said no for a little too long and we have not listened.

Sometimes we have put things on the list before our own physical,

Emotional or mental needs.

Sometimes stress may feel like it is out of our control when we feel forced into situations that we are faced with or have to do.

Regardless of what the reason is,

Our energy field has left the center of our bodies and we find ourselves a bit detached from our field,

Often floating a bit above or to the side of our bodies.

We will go through part by part of our bodies in presence to reconnect,

To reset ourselves again.

And if you do not have a body part that I am mentioning,

Feel into the energy of it if you feel called.

Let's take a moment to silently call in our higher selves and our guidance teams.

Let's move our awareness down to our toes,

One by one,

Connect with them.

And if you feel rushed or like your body wants to move at any point during this work,

Breathe through it.

You are here.

So on one foot,

Let's tune into our first toe.

Second toe.

A third toe.

A fourth toe.

And the fifth.

And take a deep breath.

And on the other foot,

Let's sense our first toe.

Second.

Third.

Fourth.

And fifth.

Stay high to your toes and take a deep breath.

Gently move your awareness to both of the feet under your soles.

On top of the foot and inside of it.

And with the next breath,

Sense your essence coming back to your feet.

Moving up through your ankles and with a breath as if you're pulling yourself in again into your body.

And we are going to ask that all parts of you that are returning to your body again are cleansed and cleared and upgraded to the highest alignment for you.

Sensing our awareness up our calves and a deep breath.

And our knees,

Breathing.

Our thighs,

Breathing ourselves into our legs again,

Aligning.

And our glutes,

Breathing.

Sense your lower body touching the surface that you are sitting or laying on.

Feel your body rest on the surface and see if you can become a little heavier and sink into the surface a little bit more.

Relax a bit more,

Trusting that it holds you.

And breathe.

Moving up to your belly and breathe.

To your chest.

And with the in breath,

Pulling yourself back into your body,

Into your chest as deep as you can.

And exhale any denseness,

Anything that doesn't belong to you.

Exhale lightness and exhale stress.

Into our arms,

Our upper arms.

Breathe.

Lower arms.

And breathe into our hands.

Breathe.

And sense your awareness in your fingers.

Move through the fingers on both hands now.

The thumb.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

And pinkies.

Thank you fingers.

And moving back through our arms to our chest.

Deep breath.

Up to the collarbone.

Breathe.

Sense your throat.

Inhale.

And exhale any stagnation or blockage.

Inhale again and sense anything in the area that needs to go,

Dissolve.

More open.

Let's move our awareness to our mouth.

Your nose.

Between your eyes.

And breathe.

And sense yourself taking an inhale with the area between your eyes as if that part were breathing.

Feel yourself coming back through the breath.

And move to your eyes.

Your eyelids.

Through your head to the back of your head.

And breathe with your whole body.

Fully alive.

And if you picked up something that would be beneficial to let go of,

Give your permission to let it go now.

Allow a final cleansing of your energy,

Your organs,

Your bones and blood.

Allow space for your nervous system to reset.

And aligning your energy field back into center.

And if you at any point finding yourself stressing or that your nervous system is becoming activated,

You can always bring awareness to one of your body parts and pull yourself back with your own breath.

The first key is to become aware of what is happening inside your body.

And to be aware of what is happening inside your body.
