Allow yourself to be brought back into normal tempo, let your nervous system ease into peace, and remember your own power in guiding it back into a soft calm rhythm. In this soft meditation, we'll calmly allow the time and space to be able to do so. Thank you to: For Meditation by Becouse Heart for the music.

Taking this moment for yourself.

Bringing all parts of you that might be scattered around or feeling as if they're outside of your body.

Bringing them all back in.

Collecting all of you into your body.

Into yourself again.

Into the middle of you.

Deeply breathe in through your nose.

Long exhale through your nose.

Finding a greater sense of simply being here.

Deeply breathe in through your nose.

Long slow exhale through your nose.

Only this exists now.

All the other things can wait.

Tune into your feet.

Wiggle your toes and relax.

If your feet are touching a surface,

Sense how it feels.

The surface that they're resting on.

And let them become heavier.

If your feet could breathe,

Let them exhale deeply and relax.

Soften your calves,

Your thighs,

Your whole lower body into the surface that you're resting on.

Melt into the surface.

Surrender and trust.

That you are held.

Deeply breathe in through your nose.

Exhale through your nose.

Relax your belly.

Soften here.

Allow any tension to loosen up.

Your stomach is soft inside.

Comfortable.

And at ease.

Feel it for a moment.

Moving that softness into your chest.

Let it move in and spread.

Circle around and wash away any tension.

And tightness.

Let it take place by itself.

You don't have to do anything.

Allow it to happen for you.

Just surrender.

And soften.

Let it wash away anything that doesn't serve you there.

And let it go.

And more softness up in your chest.

More softness up in your chest from your belly.

Washing away any remaining tension.

Now feel this softness spread up through your throat.

Circling around.

Lightening up any tightness.

Opening up your throat as if a clenched fist loosening its grip and becoming an open palm.

A gracefully open palm that gently carries the wisdom of moving through life with ease and trust.

Letting that palm carry the wisdom up through your head with love.

Calming every little crevice of tension,

Tightness and scatteredness.

Your face is relaxing a little more.

Your cheeks relax.

Your forehead.

And behind your eyes.

Let go.

Let go.

Surrender to this moment.

Let your mind surrender to this moment.

And be.

Be.

Be.

Feeling your body like a feather.

Floating.

May you remember this stillness throughout the coming moments.

May you bring this state of ease with you.

Trusting that it is safe to relax now.

Even in the wildest storms when action is required.

Acting from a state of ease will allow the storm to more smoothly pass.

Letting it just move through.

Without a need to constrict yourself in the places it feels uncomfortable.

Let it move through.

And it too shall pass.

It's just a wave of energy that needs to move.

And you have the power to let it through.

You have the power to ease your nervous system into soft,

Calm waves.

May your moment now be filled with grace.

Thank you for meditating with me.
