This is a quicker-paced morning tune-in designed for those who prefer a faster tempo when doing an internal morning check-in. We begin with a few words on trust, followed by a brief seven-energy center checklist (from the base of the spine to the crown of the head). We’ll then wrap up with a morning prayer and three deep breaths. I created this morning checklist for myself as a quick reminder to check in on trust, ensure my energy centers are balanced and flowing clearly, and to ground myself in gratitude and care for my own wellbeing and that of others before the day begins.
