Welcome to this meditation.
In this moment we will focus on embracing the unknown and trusting it.
Whether you are moving through something challenging in life and needs a bit of extra support in this area,
Thinking about making a change or not sure about the journey that is around the corner for you.
It is all welcome here.
The intention of this meditation is to assist you in embracing the unknown and trusting it.
May you feel peace and comfort and trust the path of your life journey.
Settling into a comfortable space,
Loose and tight clothes,
Make sure that you are hydrated,
That you feel safe in the space that you are in and that you can do this practice undisturbed.
If you tend to get cold,
Keep a blanket nearby.
You may sit or lay down with your spine straight.
Let's begin with awareness of the breath.
Just notice your breathing.
The breath is coming in and releasing all by itself.
Sensing your belly expanding and contracting by itself.
Just witness it all.
Noticing the slightly cool air coming in through your nostrils and how it's warmer on the exhale.
Let it happen a few times by itself.
Arriving into your body and with the awareness of the breath,
Sense how it may become deeper.
Letting breathe.
You don't have to do anything.
There is a deeper power within and around you.
We can call this deeper power your higher self,
Source,
God,
The light,
Whatever feels most aligned with you.
This deeper power is constantly making sure that you are safe.
That in every moment,
Though you may or may not see it,
Caters to the benefit of your unique evolutionary journey.
Notice your breath.
Allow yourself to be breathed.
Knowing that your breathing is always there for you,
Regardless if you can see it or not.
It is part of making it all happen for you.
Just as the breathing is there for you,
So is the deeper power within.
Just as you can trust the breathing,
You can trust the deeper power within and around you.
Notice the breath.
When we lean in to trust something beautiful happens,
We loosen our grip on what we hold on to.
That could be an experience,
Control,
A person or the need to know something.
More so we can allow it to be and trust.
Notice the breath.
It carries you forward.
We know that just as we breathe,
Deeper guidance and power is there for us and we trust our path.
Notice the breath.
In this moment,
Is there an experience or something in the way of your trust?
Perhaps fear or maybe something unfair or painful that is not allowing you to fully drop into trust,
To embrace what is aligned for you.
If this feels ok with you,
Let's bring it into awareness.
If that does not feel right,
Let's just focus on your bodily sensations and the breath.
Let's bring it into awareness.
The charge of what you may feel is the fuel that will move you forward on your aligned path.
Also the charge of what you may feel is equivalent of the lightness that you will experience when it is released.
Notice the breath.
With this sensation or feeling in awareness,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Now tune into your body and say hi to this sensation.
Even if it might be uncomfortable at first glance,
Allow it to be here for now.
If this sensation is valid,
Just allow it to be here.
Be with it for a moment.
Let's ask this sensation if it has anything that it would like to share with you.
Allow your bodily wisdom to see what this sensation or feeling would like to say to you.
The first thing that comes to you without thinking of an answer,
Just the first thing that arises from your bodily wisdom.
It is all valid.
Now let's tune into a happy loving moment of your life.
A moment where you felt happiness or gratefulness.
If you feel called to,
You can put your hand on your heart to connect to the power of your heart.
This can be any moment that comes to you,
Any loving and happy moment.
And when you sense this feeling of love,
Connect it with the sensation or feeling that you tuned into a few moments ago.
Bring love to this sensation.
As if you were a parent and comforted a sad child with all your love.
Bring comfort and safety to this sensation or feeling.
And perhaps you would like this feeling sensation to know something.
Maybe you wish to share a few words with it.
Accept it and accept it.
With the same power that comforted the feeling sensation,
Let's fill that space with your own heart energy.
Breathing with a breath that is always there for you.
With gratefulness that it is there.
With trust.
Let's fill this space up with trust and love.
You can keep your hand over the area if that feels good.
Transferring your love to it.
Connecting to that happy loving memory.
Connected with an inner smile or physical smile.
Knowing that the path that you walk is guided.
Guided by love and trust and deeper power.
Move your hand to your heart.
Noticing your breath.
Staying present to any sensations in the body.
Any shifts,
Any expansion.
You deserve to live a beautiful life in a way that is mostly true for you.
Know that whatever comes around the corner may be unknown but it is filled with what is beautifully needed for your aligned journey.
With love and trust we can only move forward and level up.
Notice the breath.
Knowing that the unknown that is around the corner will be even more in line with our well being and purpose than before.
And breathe.
We learn,
We move upward,
We become wiser.
With any feeling of discomfort,
Uncertainty or if you feel lack of trust,
Remember to listen to it.
What does it want to say?
Bring it into your heart space.
Accept it,
Love it the best you can and then it is time for the visitor to leave.
Notice your breath.
When we trust all that we can surrender with more ease.
Trusting that sometimes we don't get what we want because we deserve even better.
Soften.
Breathe.
Loosen your grip on what surrounds you and trust that it is all in order.
Awareness of the breath.
Sensing the breath.
Breathe you.
Coming into the center of your body.
Sensing your inner smile.
What do you have today that you enjoy,
That you feel loved and grateful for?
Allow that to take space to come into your awareness.
Feel it fill your body.
Strengthening you.
And breathe.
Feeling your chest expand with the breath and contract with the exhale.
What do you want for your journey?
It can be more of a feeling,
Something in your physical life,
New relationships,
What would you like to see around the corner?
What would you like to create?
Noticing your breath.
Moving your chest up and down by itself.
Allow it to grow within you and take space.
Can you ask the deeper power within for a miracle and trust that it will happen the way it is supposed to?
Can you allow yourself to be surprised by the little miracles,
The synchronicities that appear in your life?
Noticing your breath.
Still breathing you.
You deserve all the beauty flowing into your life and about to flow into your life.
