This 7-day course is an experiential journey, designed for anyone who wants to deepen their practice, as well as beginners. Over the week, you will learn how to come back. Back to your breath, your body, your senses, and the present moment. Through tangible insights, guided practices, and everyday exercises, you will explore attention, autopilot, the senses, the body, and the space that gives you freedom of choice. This course is for everyone, and can be especially supportive for ADHD and fast-moving minds. Come as you are, and discover what happens when you return, again and again.
Tiphaine is a mindfulness practitioner, meditation teacher, and creative professional with a deeply sensory and experiential lens. Her approach to mindfulness is grounded in research, drawing inspiration from contemporary neuroscience, positive psychology, and contemplative traditions.
