Or maybe just a nice long breath you remembered to take?
And now,
I would like you to ask yourself gently what you need most right now.
Is it a bit more calm?
A bit more bliss?
A bit more perspective?
Or maybe a bit more silence?
Or care?
Whatever it is,
Let it rise within you.
Let it exist.
And inspire you for this evening.
