Good morning, lovable being. And welcome to this perfect wake-up meditation. Mornings have their own kind of magic... quiet, slow, and full of possibility. Let’s start the day in the best possible way, by waking your body, your mind, and your heart.

Here you are,

Early bird,

Good morning and welcome to this new day,

Starting in the best possible way.

Just feeling the day,

The first sensations,

Awakening our body and mind real slow,

Real chill.

I invite you to stay under whatever covers you right now,

Blanket,

Bedsheet,

Jammies or just the envelope of your skin,

Whatever it is,

Stay cozy under it.

Feel the weight of it or the lightness of it,

The fabric,

The softness,

The touch or just the air or the sunlight caressing it.

No need to open your eyes,

Let your eyelids rest,

Feel the weight of it.

Now,

I'd like you to connect to your hearing,

What do you hear right now?

Is it the sound of the birds,

The sound of the wind,

The rain?

Is it the sound of people around you?

Is it the sound of the city or nature or the homely sounds of your home?

Take a moment to really listen and connect to your breath,

Take a long deep breath and let go without forcing.

You can mark a pose at the end of your exhale and go again,

One long deep breath and let it all go without forcing.

Go again and keep connecting to the noises that surround you,

What touches or covers you,

Maybe some smells as well.

And now,

I invite you to gently move your toes,

Very slowly,

Feel what you're doing.

You can make little circles now and start moving your fingers and your hands,

Slowly,

Gently start stretching your legs and your hands over your head,

Pull gently,

Take a deep breath and pull a bit more and go on until you feel well satisfied.

And now,

I invite you to open your eyes,

Look around you.

Look at every aspect of this room,

The volumes,

The objects,

The level of light,

Maybe sun rays,

The soft sway of a curtain.

Take a moment to really look like it was the very first time,

The harmony of it,

Tidy,

Messy,

It doesn't matter,

It just is,

Like you,

Just like it was the very first time.

Now take one more long deep breath and let it all go,

That's it.

You started the day in the best possible way.

I wish you a beautiful morning and remember,

You are a lovable person and you are not alone.
