Good morning.
Let's start by tapping gently on the side of the hand.
Take a considered breath and release.
Now take a deeper breath in,
Hold briefly and release.
So with both hands we're going to tap on the eyebrow point and just breathe in.
And release.
Moving to the side of the eye,
Tap and breathe.
Under the eye,
We're just tapping and breathing.
Under the nose,
Tap and breathe.
On the chin,
Tap and breathe.
On the collarbone point,
Tap and take another deep breath.
Feel yourself grounding deeply into your body.
Okay,
Moving to the thymus gland in the middle of your chest on the sternum.
Gently thump with your fist and repeat after me.
Today is a new day.
And I am choosing to embrace it fully.
Okay,
Coming back to the points,
Eyebrow point.
I think I know what's ahead.
Side of eye,
But this day may also have many surprises in store for me.
Under the eye,
Whatever happens,
I give myself permission to be fully present.
Under the nose,
To see every moment as an opportunity.
Chin,
I am choosing to know that I can handle whatever opportunities may arise today.
Collarbone,
And it's okay if I don't do everything perfectly.
All the way I planned.
Staying on the collarbone,
I allow myself to be who I am.
I allow myself to be who I am.
To show up authentically and be me.
The most brilliant version I can imagine.
Okay,
Stop tapping,
Breathe in.
And as you exhale,
Really push all the breath out.
Stop tapping,
Breathe in.
And as you exhale,
Really push all the breath out.
Again,
Breathing in.
Exhaling out fully and loudly if you like.
Okay,
Take a big stretch.
Go forth and have an incredible day.
