Welcome to this guided meditation.
This session is inspired by eco meditation combined with a gentle power of energy tapping.
We'll ground into the present moment,
Regulate the nervous system and connect deeply with the body.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath.
Place your hands over your heart space and tune into your body.
Let your breath flow naturally for a moment.
Notice the energy in your hands.
Now bring your awareness to the energy in your feet,
Your legs,
Your back and now become aware of the space in your hands,
The space in your feet,
The space in your legs and the spaciousness throughout your body.
Keeping your hands placed over your heart space,
Begin to breathe in a little deeper now.
Breathing in through the nose for four seconds and out through the mouth for six seconds.
Imagine you're breathing in and out through your heart.
In for four seconds and out for six seconds.
In through the heart space,
And out through the heart space.
Feel the space behind your eyes.
Relax your tongue on the floor of your mouth.
Soften the jaw.
Soften the eyes.
Soften the eyebrows.
Now we're going to add in some gentle tapping to support your body in fully relaxing.
As we go through the points you can tap with one or both hands,
Just lightly.
Start tapping on the side of the hand and repeat these words after me or in your mind.
Even though I feel tension or tightness,
I choose to be kind to my body right now.
Even though I may be carrying stress,
I give myself permission to release it.
Even though I might not feel completely calm yet,
I am open to finding peace in this moment.
Tapping on the eyebrow point,
Letting go of the tension I've been holding.
Side of the eye,
Releasing it from my body one breath at a time.
Under the eye,
Allowing calm to flow through me now.
Under the nose,
I don't need to hold onto this anymore.
And the chin,
I welcome ease into every part of my body.
Collarbone,
I'm safe to slow down and soften.
Under the arm,
I am safe in this moment.
Top of the head,
Letting go and letting calm in.
Pause and take a deep breath in through the heart and out through the heart.
Notice again the energy in your hands,
The energy in your feet,
The space in your body,
The softness in your breath.
Let's do one more gentle round,
Being open to presence.
Tapping on the side of the hand,
Even though part of me still wants to rush or think ahead.
I honour that part.
I allow myself to be here now.
I allow myself to feel supported and grounded.
Tapping through the points.
Eyebrow,
Right here,
Right now,
I am present.
Side of the eye,
I'm connected to my body.
Under the eye,
I feel the support beneath me.
Under the nose and the breath within me.
The chin,
I welcome this moment just as it is.
Collarbone,
I choose presence over pressure.
Under the arm,
I feel more grounded with every breath.
Top of the head,
Calm,
Present,
Alive.
Pause and breathe deeply,
Feeling the shift in the energy moving through the body.
Maybe you're yawning right now.
It's a really good sign of energy shifting.
Maybe you need a good stretch.
Now just coming back in,
Bring your awareness back to the room that you're in.
Feel how your body is resting in the chair.
Your back,
Your legs,
Your weight supported.
Feel your feet flat on the floor.
Notice your breath again,
Gently flowing in and out.
Now with soft eyes,
Flutter them open.
Look around slowly.
Find something green to look at.
Notice its detail,
Texture.
What would it feel like if you touched it?
Now find something far away,
Maybe through a window.
And finally something close,
Something in front of you.
Take a last full breath in and let it go.
