Sharing a calming tapping routine to end the day.

Start by tapping gently on the side of the hand.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Again tapping on the side of the hand,

Take another deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment and exhale.

One more time,

Breathing in and exhaling fully.

Now with both hands gently tap underneath your eyes on the bone and feel yourself grounding into your physical body.

Next,

Place your hands on your collarbone,

Crossing them so that your right hand taps on your left collarbone and your left hand taps on your right collarbone.

Take an easy breath in and feel yourself becoming grounded in this present moment.

Then come to tap in the middle of your chest with a soft fist right on the sternum.

Tune into your body and imagine it grounding down into the earth.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Now tapping on the liver spot,

Just underneath the bra strap or the bottom of your ribs,

Take another breath in and exhale.

So we're going to come to the usual tapping points.

As you tap on the eyebrow points with one or both hands,

Repeat after me.

It is the end of the day.

Side of eye,

There were some things that were wonderful about today.

Under the eye and there were some things that did not go as planned.

Under the nose,

There are things I would do exactly the same.

On the chin and there are things I would do so differently.

On the collarbone,

I give myself permission to let go of any stress or anxiety from today.

Under the arm,

I give myself permission to relax and rest deeply tonight.

Top of the head,

I choose to know that holding onto this anxiety and stress through the night is not going to do me any good or solve my problems.

Okay,

Starting at the eyebrow point again.

It's out of my hands,

I can't change it now,

So I choose to let it go.

Side of the eye,

Regardless of what has happened.

Under the eye,

During this day.

Under the nose,

It is now time to rest.

On the chin,

To allow my body to rejuvenate and heal.

On the collarbone,

And I release anything that's blocking this from happening.

Staying on the collarbone point,

I allow myself to let it all go.

It is now time for rest.

It's now time for my body to relax.

So I'll be ready for tomorrow.

To wake up fresh and ready for the day.

Stop tapping,

Place your hands over your heart space.

Take a nice deep cleansing breath in.

And exhale.

And once more,

Breathing in deeply and easily.

And exhaling slowly.

Breathing in deeply and easily.

And exhaling slowly.

Have a wonderful night of rest.
