Welcome to this guided EFT tapping meditation,

Designed to dissolve self-doubt and build your confidence.

Through calming,

Empowering affirmations,

You'll quiet the inner critic,

Reclaim your self-worth and step into your potential.

Whether you're feeling stuck or need a confidence boost,

This session will guide you towards self-belief and inner strength.

Let's begin.

Tapping on the side of the hand,

Repeat after me.

Even though I feel this self-doubt creeping in and it makes me question myself,

I deeply and completely accept myself anyway.

Even though I'm struggling to believe in my abilities,

I'm open to seeing myself through kinder eyes.

And even though this doubt feels overwhelming right now,

I choose to believe I am capable and enough.

Tapping through the points,

Starting with the eyebrow.

I feel this self-doubt weighing on me.

Side of the eye,

It makes me question my abilities.

Eyes.

Under the eye,

I feel stuck and unsure of myself.

Under the nose,

What if I'm not good enough?

And the chin,

This doubt feels so real right now.

The collarbone,

I can feel it holding me back.

Under the arm,

I've let this doubt control me for too long.

Top of the head,

But I'm ready to acknowledge these feelings now.

Eyebrow point,

This self-doubt doesn't have to define me.

Side of the eye,

I release the fear of not being enough.

Under the eye,

I let go of the need for perfection.

Under the nose,

I choose to release this heavy doubt.

And the chin,

I'm willing to see myself differently.

The collarbone,

I'm letting go of the belief that I'm not capable.

Under the arm,

This doubt no longer serves me.

Top of the head,

And I choose to let it go now.

Back to the eyebrow point,

I choose to see my strengths and abilities.

Side of the eye,

I am more capable than I realise.

Under the eye,

I am worthy of confidence and self-belief.

Under the nose,

I feel my inner strength growing.

And the chin,

I trust myself to handle challenges.

On the collarbone,

I embrace my potential fully.

Under the arm,

I feel confidence rising within me.

Top of the head,

I am enough,

Just as I am.

Staying here for one last time,

I am enough,

Just as I am.

Back to the side of the hand,

Tapping here.

I am worthy of belief in myself.

And I am confident in who I am.

I release the old doubts.

And step into my power with ease.

I am becoming the confident,

Capable person I've always been.

Check in with yourself and see how you're feeling now.

Feel free to go back and repeat any part as many times as you like.

Try swapping out some words and using ones which may resonate with you more.
