This is a three-minute wonder to reset your nervous system and shift your mood into focus and clarity.

Start tapping gently on your eyebrow point and repeat after me,

Out loud or in your mind.

My mind feels cloudy.

Side of eye.

I feel scattered and distracted.

Under eye.

It's hard to concentrate.

Under the nose.

My energy feels low.

On the chin.

I'm dragging myself through the day.

Collarbone.

I just don't feel switched on.

Under the arm.

I'm frustrated with myself.

Top of the head.

I just want to feel clear again.

Eyebrow.

It's okay to feel like this sometimes.

Side of the eye.

What if this fog is just temporary?

Under the eye.

I don't have to fight it.

Under the nose.

I'm open to letting it shift.

On the chin.

I don't need to push.

On the collarbone.

My body knows how to reset.

Under the arm.

I'm open to finding my focus again.

Top of the head.

I'm ready to feel energized.

Back to the eyebrow point.

I'm starting to wake up.

Side of the eye.

My thoughts are becoming clearer.

Under the nose.

I'm open to finding my focus again.

Under the eye.

I feel my energy returning.

Under the nose.

I'm remembering who I am.

On the chin.

I'm capable and focused.

Collarbone.

I'm allowed to take things one step at a time.

Under the arm.

I feel a shift already.

Top of the head.

I've got this.

Place your hands on your heart space.

Take one more deep breath in.

And exhale slowly.
