Transcript

This is a short but powerful EFT tapping script focused on releasing anxiety,

Alleviating stress and finding calm.

Follow along,

Tapping through the points and repeat the words after me.

If different words come up for you that resonate more,

Please use them.

The more specific we can be,

The better the body responds.

Starting on the side of the hand,

Tapping here.

Even though I feel this anxiety in my body,

And it feels overwhelming,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

And even though this anxiety feels so intense,

And I don't know how to calm down,

I choose to be open to releasing it now.

And even though I feel stuck in this anxious state,

I'm open to finding relief and embracing a sense of calm.

I'm going to tap through the points.

Eyebrow,

This anxiety feels so strong.

Side of eye,

I feel it in my mind and body.

Under the eye,

It's like a storm I can't control.

Under the nose,

My thoughts feel overwhelming.

The chin,

It's hard to focus or feel grounded.

Collarbone,

This stress is taking over and I feel stuck.

Under the arm,

I feel it in my chest,

My stomach,

My shoulders.

Top of head,

This heavy,

Overwhelming anxiety.

Let's keep going,

Tapping on the eyebrow point again.

It's okay to feel anxious right now.

Side of eye,

I'm acknowledging these feelings without doing anything.

Judgment.

Under the eye,

My body is trying to keep me safe.

Under the nose,

Even though it feels uncomfortable,

I know I can handle this.

The chin,

I honor my feelings,

But they don't define me.

Collarbone,

It's just energy moving through my body.

Under the arm,

I'm safe,

Even with these anxious feelings.

I choose to know that I'm safe,

Even with these anxious feelings.

Top of the head,

I'm open to letting this anxiety go.

Eyebrow,

I'm beginning to feel lighter.

Side of eye,

I give my body permission to release the tightness.

Under the eye,

I'm letting go of the tension in my chest and stomach.

Under the nose,

I release these racing thoughts.

Chin,

It's safe for me to let go of this overwhelm.

Collarbone,

Releasing what no longer serves me.

Under the arm,

I breathe out this anxiety with every exhale.

Top of head,

Creating space for calm and peace.

Let's keep going.

Eyebrow point,

I choose calm and relaxation now.

Side of eye,

I can feel my breath and body are starting to relax.

Under the eye,

I'm inviting a sense of safety into my body.

Under the nose,

I am grounded and present in this moment.

Chin,

I am letting peace flow through me.

Collarbone,

I am calm,

I am safe,

I am free.

I am at ease.

Under the arm,

I trust that I can handle anything that comes my way.

Top of head,

I am free,

Peaceful and in control of my life.

Let's go back to the side of the hand and tap here for a moment to close.

I am grateful for this moment of calm.

I release all anxiety and replace it with trust and peace.

I choose to carry this sense of calm with me throughout my day.

Stop tapping and place your hands over the heart space,

Taking in a nice full breath.

And release,

Taking one more full breath and release.

I wish you well.
