The first step in breaking through decision paralysis is acknowledging and accepting where you are right now.

It might feel tough but by allowing your body to feel what's happening you can start to release the tension.

Let's focus on those sensations and move through them together.

I'll guide you through the tapping points.

Follow me and as always if my words don't resonate use your own.

The more specific you can be the greater the impact of EFT.

Start by tapping on the side of your hand and repeat after me.

Even though I feel overwhelmed by these choices I would like to accept how I feel.

Even though I am stuck and I don't know how to move forward I would like to honor how I feel right now and even though I'm paralyzed by uncertainty and it's causing me so much stress I am okay right here right now.

Let's go through the points.

Top of the head.

This decision paralysis is overwhelming.

Eyebrow.

I feel it in my body,

The weight of these choices.

Side of the eye.

There are so many options I just can't decide.

Under the eye.

It makes me feel so stuck.

Under the nose.

The uncertainty makes decision making so hard.

The chin.

I don't know the right path and it feels so heavy in my body.

The collarbone point.

The stress of not knowing what to do is overwhelming.

Under the arm.

I feel it in my body all of this fear of making the wrong decision.

Okay coming back to the side of the hand and tapping here.

Even though I'm trapped by indecision and feeling so much stress I honor these feelings and even though I'm overwhelmed I'm open to releasing some of this stress now and even though I've been stuck in uncertainty I'm ready to begin letting go.

Top of the head.

I'm so tired of feeling stuck and being indecisive.

Eyebrow.

I feel it in my chest and my shoulders.

If you feel it somewhere else just add those words in.

Side of the eye.

My mind is cloudy.

I can't think straight.

Under the eye.

It's draining my energy and keeping me frozen.

Under the nose.

All these choices are making me anxious.

On the chin.

I feel like I'm drowning and I'm not moving forward.

On the collarbone.

This uncertainty is exhausting me.

Under the arm.

And I am so ready to start releasing this pressure.

Coming back to the side of the hand.

Even though I've been paralyzed by choices I'm ready to move forward with clarity and even though I feared making the wrong decision I'm open to trusting myself more and even though I've been overwhelmed I am choosing to start feeling more confident.

Top of the head.

I'm ready to feel clearer and more at peace with my choices.

Eyebrow.

I'm ready to feel more confident in my ability to choose.

Side of the eye.

I'm open to releasing this fear of making the wrong decision.

Under the eye.

It is not serving me anymore.

Under the nose.

I trust that the right decision will come to me.

On the chin.

As I start to relax my body.

On the collarbone.

I'm releasing the need for certainty.

Under the arm.

And I am choosing to trust in my intuition more.

Coming back to the side of the hand.

This is our last round.

Even though I've struggled with decision paralysis I'm now embracing new possibilities and even though I've been afraid I trust I'll make the right choice for me.

And even though I felt stuck I am ready to move forward now.

Top of the head.

I'm feeling lighter more confident and ready to move forward.

Eyebrow.

I'm feeling more clarity and confidence in every moment.

Side of the eye.

I'm letting go of any remaining fear and doubt.

Under the eye.

I feel it in my body.

I do feel lighter.

Under the nose.

I trust that I can handle this.

On the chin.

I'm ready to move forward with ease.

On the collarbone.

I'm open to all the possibilities ahead.

Under the arm.

And I trust myself to navigate what comes next.
