Ruth is an accredited Clinical EFT Practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting practitioner, and Reiki II healer, with a background in energy psychology and a deep commitment to helping others overcome emotional blocks and live more authentically. She brings a unique blend of creative insight and therapeutic expertise, having transitioned from a successful career in the creative industry to focus on emotional healing and personal transformation. In this lesson, we’re addressing one of the deepest emotional blocks to visibility—fear of judgment. Rooted in our biology and shaped by early life experiences, this fear often drives us to hide our true selves in an attempt to stay safe. But staying hidden comes at a cost. Today, we’ll explore where this fear comes from, how it shows up in our thoughts and behaviours, and most importantly, how to begin letting it go. Through EFT tapping, we’ll work on releasing the need for external validation, softening self-judgment, and cultivating the self-trust needed to show up with confidence and authenticity.

Perfectionism And The Fear Of Not Being Good Enough

In this session, we’re diving into the hidden fear behind perfectionism and how it blocks us from showing up and being seen. This lesson helps you recognise where perfectionism shows up in your body and life, and offers EFT tapping to release the pressure to be flawless.
