In this program, you'll explore the roots of visibility fear and understand how past experiences and nervous system responses shape your current patterns. You'll identify and release emotional blocks related to judgment, rejection, perfectionism, and criticism using EFT tapping, helping you feel safer and more confident expressing yourself in personal, social, and professional settings. As you build greater self-acceptance and resilience, you'll learn to show up authentically without the need to be "perfect." You'll also develop tools that you can return to whenever fear or resistance around being seen arises. The programme includes four guided sessions, each focused on a key emotional block related to visibility, along with practical insights into the psychology of fear, vulnerability, and self-expression. You'll work through step-by-step EFT tapping practices to clear resistance and calm your nervous system, while journal prompts help you reflect, integrate, and personalise your learning. With a compassionate and supportive tone, this programme is designed to help you move forward at your own pace.
