This was one of the most impactful meditations I have had on here. I am 62 and I have been living my life in the shadow of expectations. This year I decided to change. To meditate every morning and night. To explore creative ways to express myself. Most recently picking up painting. I've never done it, but I love it. I find I think about what I want to capture, what do I want to express. This is my authentic self. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏻
