Hi,
Thank you for choosing yourself and joining me today to take a moment to slow down.
So you can either sit down or lie down and begin to close your eyes as you settle in to this moment.
As you take your next inhale,
Fill your belly all the way up,
Hold the breath at the top and take an exhale out as you sigh.
Filling your belly back up,
Inhale in,
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
And one last time,
Inhale all the way in,
Pause at the top,
And this time empty out your entire belly on the exhale.
Letting your belly button pull into your spine and gently return to your normal breath.
Feeling the natural flow of your breath,
Noticing the rise,
The pause,
And the fall.
Let your breath move through your body.
Gently release any tension from your face.
Allow your eyes to be soft.
Feel the tension from your forehead,
Your eyebrows,
And your jaw to soften.
Invite a wave of lightness to flow over you now,
Washing down your shoulders.
Let it swirl through your chest.
Allow it to soften into your belly,
Down through your hips.
Let the lightness wash through your legs and any tension be fully released out of the bottom of your feet.
Simply enjoy this moment of relaxation.
There is nowhere you have to be,
No version of you that you need to show up as.
Simply be.
Slowly begin to connect back to the flow of your breath.
Notice your inhales and how they fill your belly.
Notice your exhales as they free you.
Allow yourself to be slow and generous as you return to your body.
Noticing your hands,
Your toes,
And your feet.
Slowly begin to bat your eyelids open,
Coming back to the space around you.
Sharing this energy with you throughout the rest of your day.
Noticing the room,
The colors around you,
The energy of the space.
