Thank you for joining me for a morning meditation.
This is going to be short and sweet.
All you need to start your day off on the right foot.
So take a moment to settle down.
To recognize your breath.
And to allow it to simply flow through you.
Acknowledging you don't have to change your breath.
You don't have to alter who you are.
You're allowed to simply flow.
Both in this moment and throughout your day.
Finding acceptance for your thoughts.
For anything that comes to mind.
You don't have to restrict or push it away.
You can just let them flow as they come and go.
And I invite you to bring to mind an intention for your day.
You don't have to overthink it.
Whatever naturally comes to mind or flows to your heart.
You can choose that.
Maybe it's to cultivate a bit more compassion for yourself and others.
Maybe it's to move with patience and intention throughout the day.
Whatever it is,
I want you to sit with the intention.
You can begin to repeat the intention three times to yourself.
Allowing it to fully sink in.
Let this intention be a part of you.
Let this intention be a part of you.
Let it be your friend throughout the day.
You will move through your day with grace.
You will move with intention.
You're welcoming in prosperity and abundance.
Today is a gift.
To be alive is a blessing.
Today as you have your breath,
You are already blessed.
And you will continue exuding the energy of love.
All that you put out,
You are attracting back.
So you can repeat your intention one more time.
Take a big breath.
And as you exhale out,
You can see the energy of love.
And as you exhale out,
You can slowly begin to open your eyes.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy.
May you be happy for your entire day.
