Angie is a long-time Buddhist practitioner with Triratna Buddhist community. She has over 40 years of experience in meditation, mindfulness, movement, and creative expression. She is a certified Breathworks mindfulness teacher for adults and a trained Mindful Schools teacher for children. With a background in movement, she’s also a qualified BWY yoga teacher and has trained in Qigong with Nick Loffree. Angie offers mindful writing sessions that blend meditation with creative writing, supporting emotional insight and authentic self-expression. She also writes Wabi Sabi Life, a reflective Substack column exploring simplicity, impermanence, and everyday beauty. Across all her work, Angie helps people reconnect with stillness, balance, and creativity—offering practices that are gentle, grounded, and deeply human.
