The Art Of Slowing Down

With Angie Lee-Foster

We all lead lives that are too busy. The art of slowing down is the practice of taking things at a slower pace, both physically and mentally. It is about being present in the moment and savoring the experiences that life has to offer. There are many benefits to slowing down. It can help to reduce stress, improve your health, and boost your creativity. It can also help you to connect with others on a deeper level and appreciate the beauty of the world around you. Through mind, breath, body, and creativity we will find ways to slow right down. Slowing down is a journey, not a destination. It takes time and practice to learn how to slow down and savor life. But the rewards are worth it. So set aside some time and come on this journey with me and learn The Art of Slowing Down.
