Jaclyn I absolutely loved this meditation connecting me to the UNIVERSE through the white beam of light. I couldn’t help unwanted thoughts though and tried to focus on the light. Your voice is magical and soothing and I feel a sense of calm and serenity having just finished listening. I will come back again. Any suggestions on how to keep other thoughts away?
