Hello everyone and welcome.
Today is a very powerful meditation.
We're going to call forth the creator.
The energy of Source,
Your higher self.
To help you with something,
To guide you.
And above everything else,
To surrender the burden that you have to do this all on your own.
Trust.
That when you truly listen,
When you know that you have the universe on your side.
Everything always works out in your favor.
Take a deep.

.
Slow breath in.
And let it go.
Just like your breath,
Natural,
No effort.
Today,
We call forth these energies,
These intentions to assist us the same exact way.
In perfect flow,
In perfect synchronicity.
A dance that is just designed for you.
Another deep breath in.
And let it go.
Allow your muscles to relax,
Allow your mind to open and allow your heart to receive.
Everything that you have created over time that is blocking the blessings,
The abundance,
The love,
Was created.
You were not born this way.
Think about it.
A child cannot take care of themselves.
They completely.
Rely.
On others.
You are.
That precious,
That worthy.
And even though you have gotten maybe a little older.
You are still just as worthy.
That light,
That essence,
That purity.
Is still there.
And so just keep relaxing,
Keep letting go.
And slowly,
Slowly beginning to surrender the outside world.
Diving deeper and deeper within yourself.
Awakening the subconscious mind.
And trusting the process.
Trusting.
The Divine.
And so just beginning to think about the very thing that you need assistance with.
Where have you lost trust and faith,
And why?
Where is this tension,
This fear,
This anxiety maybe even?
Now with your breath.
Just find it,
Just sit with it,
Don't try to change anything.
Allow the thoughts,
The fears,
The doubts,
All of it to be present.
All I ask of you is to step back and just become the observer,
Not to allow your emotions to take you to places.
But just to be very aware.
Of what these emotions are,
What these thoughts are.
So we're first going to surrender all of this,
Let it go,
Understand that We actually don't have full control of everything.
And that is okay.
That does not mean that things still cannot work out in your favor.
Sometimes we feel that way.
Things are against us,
That things just do not.
Go our way.
And these are natural thoughts to have.
However.
.
.
You've forgotten.
You've forgotten that even though things may go in a different direction,
That does not mean that is the wrong direction.
When you have that absolute faith and trust and connection to the divine.
Nothing can go wrong.
Even when it appears to be so on the outside.
And so in order to let that divine in.
You need to make space.
You need to empty out.
Where does this negative belief,
Energy and tension live in your body?
So when you think about this worry,
This fear,
Notice where it lives.
You may feel tension in your throat,
A heaviness in your chest,
A pit in your stomach.
Maybe you feel chaos in your mind.
Burden on your shoulders.
Just scan,
Just notice.
And maybe you find that it's in multiple places.
There is no right or wrong way to notice,
But just notice.
And as you scan,
As you listen,
As you focus,
Slow down that breath.
Deep,
Slow,
Intentional breathing to calm yourself down.
Allow yourself to be present,
No matter how you feel and no matter what is going on.
Beautiful.
So we are ready.
Today we call forth the creator,
The universe,
Our higher selves to work together.
To assist us in releasing this burden,
This fear,
This negative pattern and energy.
We invite them to channel to us and through us the divine light.
To reconnect us to our source,
Our highest path,
To reclaim our faith,
Our trust.
And so beginning now to visualize a powerful celestial divine frequency,
A white rainbow light.
Forming around you a circle.
Once this circle activates,
It begins to light up.
Creating waves of energy that surround you from top to bottom,
From head to toe.
You are literally surrounded by this powerful portal and shield.
Immediately you begin to feel yourself relax,
That tension slowly,
Slowly becoming less and less.
You are surrounded by this divine love,
Powerful energy that cleanses and clears your aura.
Surrounding you with that unconditional love from the Creator.
Opening up the portal.
To that realm where your soul lives,
Reconnecting you to your power.
To your truth.
To your divinity.
This is where you came from and this is where you will return to.
Infinity of your energy and your connection to all.
The most powerful.
Place there is.
And now the portal lights up even more and you find yourself in the most peaceful,
Frequency,
The most divine light.
Waves of this energy now begins to move not just around you but into you.
And through you.
Gently detoxing and evaporating this heaviness,
This worry,
This fear.
Suddenly your breath gets lighter and deeper.
You feel as though you're floating on a cloud,
So light and peaceful,
Carried and cared for.
In this realm,
There is nothing you need to fear,
Nothing you need to be worried about.
Everything is in perfect synchronicity and flow state.
Here you can see the bigger picture and understand your life.
Understand the purpose and meaning of everything.
And so I want you to take this moment as you are connected to your soul and to the Creator.
To let them know what your fear is in the human race.
And I want you to show them.
In your mind.
And above everything else.
Give it up to them.
Surrender it to them.
Ask for their help,
For their guidance,
For their assistance,
And for their team.
To take care of this for you.
Now a beautiful spark of light begins to light up.
Wherever that heaviness and that negativity lived in your body.
In its place,
There is peace,
There is calm,
There is flow.
There is love,
There is success,
Abundance,
And support.
You are alchemizing that old energy into power.
Into divine light.
Nothing can go against you.
Everything is for you.
The divine energy of everything and all now is within you and has been activated.
Meaning that you will know exactly what to do.
Without forcing it,
Without seeking it.
Your heart will guide you.
Your mind will have the right thoughts as you are now connected and deeply activated.
The Creator is with you now.
They know what you need.
And you are open and receptive to their love and their guidance.
Today we anchor the sin.
We claim it.
And so it is,
And so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
It is done.
And so with that,
Take a deep,
Slow,
Intentional breath.
And let it all go.
You are light as a feather.
Free.
And protected.
And so with this beginning to feel yourself gently returning back to the body as that beautiful divine circle and portal gently fades away.
Allowing you to return to the present lighter than ever,
More empowered than ever.
With faith,
With trust,
And with protection.
And so I want you to take this moment of gratitude.
As we slowly and gently begin the journey back to the awakened state.
Just expanding that awareness back out being present and aware of your surroundings.
Maybe it's time to wiggle the toes and the fingers,
Whatever feels good and right to you.
And in your own time,
Whenever you're ready.
