What's up guys,
Welcome.
So,
Today I want to teach those of you who are seeking love,
Who are seeking friendships,
Who are seeking something very deep and meaningful,
The connection that can really create a lifetime bond.
I know I get this question all the time when I do my lives and so I thought I would do a quick video about it.
On how to manifest love,
How to manifest the person that is in alignment with your heart and with your desires.
So let's get into it.
First of all,
I need you to get pen and paper.
And essentially what I want you to do is I want you to put a line in the center of the paper.
And on the left side,
You're going to write once.
And on the right side,
You're going to write needs.
Okay,
Like this.
Wants and needs.
When it comes to manifesting true love,
It's very,
Very important that you first and foremost understand your needs.
Now,
Wants are gonna be a lot easier,
Right?
Because most of the time,
We have a fairly good idea of what we like,
What we're attracted to,
What we're drawn to.
However,
The needs are a little bit more complicated because needs are primal.
Needs are subconscious.
Needs are sometimes things that we may not be aware of.
Now,
First and foremost,
I want you to take a moment to write down all of the ones.
For instance,
In a relationship,
You want somebody who is handsome,
Who is six foot tall.
Maybe for the men,
She is blonde with blue eyes.
She is going to be a stay-at-home mom and is not career-driven.
These are all things that are within the wants.
How do you differentiate wants and needs?
It's very,
Very simple.
Wants can change.
Needs do not.
Needs are things like,
I need a person who is loyal,
Honest,
Who prioritizes me,
Whose love language is.
.
.
Affection and quality time.
Now I want you to think of needs really from a place of the things that you never got from your past relationships or friendships,
By the way.
You can do this for either or all.
Now,
For instance,
I'm going to give you an example of my experience just so that you can understand how I established my needs.
In the past,
I used to attract,
Before I met my husband,
I used to attract people who never prioritized me,
Who did not spend time with me the way that I felt was appropriate.
Or that was the time that was right for me.
I often times created people who would ghost me.
I created people who were even just like emotionally unstable and sometimes very erratic and extreme.
So,
Clearly,
These are the things that I realized in the past that I experienced,
But that I did not want.
Now,
You can have one set of and not me.
And you can have needs,
And sometimes not wants,
And sometimes you can have needs and wants,
Or both,
And vice versa.
So when I realized,
Finally,
What I needed from a partner,
From a relationship,
From a connection that made me feel safe.
Seen,
Valued,
And loved.
So,
These are,
Again,
Very important pointers.
So,
You're gonna take some time now to,
First and foremost,
Write down the wants.
This is probably gonna come a little bit easier to you because,
Obviously,
Wants might be a little bit more superficial,
And that's perfectly fine,
By the way.
There's nothing wrong with having superficial needs.
Sorry,
Superficial wants.
But when it comes to needs,
This is around safety.
This is around love.
This is around security.
Now,
Don't mix wants and needs.
Of I need to feel like a partner can take care of me could be a need,
While as I want somebody rich could be a want.
And the difference is,
Again,
The difference between the two is very,
Very easy.
Once can change,
The person can go broke.
The person can lose all their money.
But the needs is,
Regardless of this person losing the money,
They will do everything in their power.
To make me feel safe and taken care of.
Hopefully this is making sense,
Guys.
So once you do this,
Once you go through this,
Write as many as you want for as long as you need.
I like to keep it oftentimes a little bit more simple.
And then you're gonna keep this piece of paper with you.
I invite you to read it once in a while,
Once a week,
Maybe every night,
But not to be desperately attached to it.
Essentially,
You gotta think of it kind of like getting to know myself on a deeper level,
Really understanding myself and my core needs,
Because that is ultimately what your soul desires,
And that is ultimately what your soul is calling towards you.
Okay,
Guys.
Have fun with this.
Don't put too much pressure on yourself.
And remember,
You can always add and take things out,
Okay?
But at the end of the day,
The more you do this,
The more you focus on this,
You're gonna notice that your needs will often stay the same.
All right,
I'll see you in the next one.
