What's up you guys, Welcome! So today I'm going to teach you how to do a spell to release energy to release something that you no longer want in your life, Okay? We don't want this anymore. We're saying goodbye. Okay, So, Essentially, Whenever you do any type of spell, It's very, Very important that you create an energetic protection shield container, Okay? Because this essentially aligns you with the highest frequency, The highest intention, And not inviting any unwanted energies that can essentially interfere or manipulate you. So, I've done this before in another video, But I'm gonna do it again, Just in case this is the first time you've clicked on this video. So you're gonna close your eyes, You're going to call in a beautiful celestial white light. You're going to picture it however it shows up in your mind, And you're going to begin to see this circle form around you, Underneath the floor, Surrounding your body. And by the way, I forgot to mention for this, You're gonna need pen and paper. Once it begins to form, You're going to repeat three times this activation. These are the boundaries of my circle. Only love shall enter in and only love shall emerge from within, Charged by my powers and the old ones. These are the boundaries of my circle. And if you want to declare anything specific, Such as, I call forth my higher self, My spiritual team, To channel to me and through me everything that I need at this time to release, Let go, With love and peace, This energy, Job, Relationship, Whatever it may be. It's always important maybe to declare it before you dive into the practice. Okay, So now that we've done this, Again, A friendly reminder, When we're releasing anything, Please don't cross over to anything too dark or black. Or negative. We don't want to be sending negative energy to people. When we're doing a release, We're essentially freeing ourselves from this energetic contract, From this timeline, From this agreement that we have with this person, Place, Or thing. So whatever they choose to do, Of course, It is up to them. We don't want to force anything upon anyone. We're only making decisions for ourself, For our own energy, And for our own peace of mind. So, Whenever you're ready, Of course, Think about something that you're ready to release. It could be poverty mindset, It could be negative relationships, And I invite you Again, Cord cutting can be done with specific people, But today let's just do a practice of releasing toxic relationships if that's your situation. Bad friendships. Negative experiences, It could be anything, Okay? The depression that you might be feeling, The anger, The frustration, All of it. Doesn't matter, But be specific. So just choose one thing for each practice. You can do this again over and over. Of course you have to repeat the whole practice from the beginning. Um, But essentially that's what we're doing. So you're going to start by taking the pen and paper and you're going to write the date. So for me it's July 30th. 2026 okay now I and ready to, For instance, Release. Attracting Right now I'm an actor and I am attracting managers who I feel aren't at the highest level that I could be. And I want to release, For instance, An agent that doesn't serve my highest career path. So I invite this to clear out anything and all that does not align it so that it can make way for something better. Better. Again, The wording, Intention, Or everything is very important, And understand when you do these things, There's cause and effect. So we have to keep that into consideration. Sometimes these things can be very powerful. So it's up to you. So whenever you do it, Write the date. And then you can write something like, I declare. My energy and timelines. As well as comma. To be. Released. Of this contract. That I attract. And go into agreement. With agents. That cannot fulfill the highest good. And success for my acting career. I declare this now. And so it is. It is done. And then you sign your name. You can get as intricate, As complex as you like, But you want to essentially evoke emotions. You want to feel aligned and clear and powerful. And you can obviously end this with just taking a moment. As you say this, You can say, As I release this, I invite something better into my reality. I declare this and so it is. So you always want to finish that. Now, Very important, When you fold this, We're not going to fold this towards us because this is something that we're trying to let go of. We're trying to release. So when you're going to fold this three times, You're going to do it outside. Maybe outside the door, Outside a window. It's important that you aim it. I'm doing this outside my window. To and three. Again, You can add certain herbs in here, If you want to like chili, That can make it quick. I can add, I don't want to add magnet because I don't want to track this to myself, So anything that could be releasing like sage, Because sage is cleansing, So that kind of stuff, You can do your own research on that. Next, To complete the spell, You're going to burn this. You're going to release it out. You're going to break the contract and you're going to burn it. Please do this safely. Don't do this in your house without having some kind of a container. Trust me, I've done this enough times to know. That it gets very dangerous. So you want to make sure that you have some kind of a bowl with water in it just in case it gets out of control. You're going to burn it or a plate of some kind. Obviously make sure that you can have water near you, Basically. Don't do this outside in nature, Because again, If it's hot, You can start a fire. Common sense, Guys, Okay? But just making sure, Because trust me, All new. All new spells we've all done that mistake so I'm just giving you the heads up. And then once you burn it, You're just gonna sit with the fire and notice how it burns. So how the paper burns is gonna tell you a lot about the spell that you made. If it burns quick and easy, The spell was effective. If it doesn't burn the whole way through, Then the spell was not as effective, So you might have to do it again, Or you might have to change some things up to clear and cleanse the intention, So until you're fully aligned. And sometimes you just might not be ready. And that's okay. All right, Guys, And also another little tip. For some people, I know that once they create the protection circle, They also like to release it. So if that's something that you want to do, All you have to say is, The circle is open but never unbroken. And you can picture the circle fading away once you finish this, Of course, Because you don't want to do it before this. Well, That's it guys.
