Hello everyone and welcome to The Meditation Channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Let's dive right in and begin to listen to our body.
Listen to what comes up right now in stillness.
And consciously now on the out-breath releasing any tension,
Releasing any pain or suffering that you may be going through right now.
And just taking a moment of grace for yourself,
Understanding that this world is complicated and it is very difficult at times.
And so can you give yourself that grace and love and compassion in this moment?
And as you do this just notice how your entire system begins to let go and relax some of that tension.
Sometimes life just feels like it's one big wall,
One big challenge or obstacle after the other.
And so today let's restore some of that faith,
Hope and blessings upon you.
And taking a moment to also recognize that life is full of blessings and miracles.
And no matter what is going on in your life today we choose the miracle,
We choose the blessing.
And so now we call forth the angelic realm asking the unemployed angels to step forward for us today.
We call upon their light,
Their love and their healing.
We invite them to step forward into our lives,
Into our reality to bless us,
To heal us and to bring upon miracles.
By calling upon them we free ourselves from the limitations,
The blocks and the obstacles.
And today we do not ask for anything specific but only what they know is best for our highest and greatest good.
We invite for their healing,
Their light,
Their love now.
And so visualize a beautiful white feather gently falling down,
Down,
Down.
And that feather gently now touches the top of your head resting there.
This feather begins to activate a healing energy that surrounds you.
Giving you white celestial golden light.
This blessing is so powerful,
So magical that it has an immediate effect on your energy.
Cleansing and clearing all blocks and negativity.
Alchemizing your frequency now.
Shimmering gold light begins to swirl around you.
Washing away and cleansing all of the energies,
Attachments and cords that are holding us back,
That are holding us in lack and in suffering.
And feeling now more connected than ever to our power,
To our divinity,
To our birthright.
And now calling upon the frequency of the universe.
Awakening the true frequency of who we are and what we are.
No longer seeing your physical form but transforming yourself into pure energy.
However this may appear to you,
Trust,
Allow and observe.
Completely surrendering all of this so-called reality.
Giving yourself the blessing,
The grace to be present with this energy,
With this new reality.
Today I give myself permission to heal completely.
I give myself permission to be the light.
No matter what is happening to me in this world,
I have the power to shift my beliefs and therefore shift my reality.
Today,
Right here,
Right now,
I alchemize anything in my life.
I use those lower frequencies to transmute them into power,
Into light,
Into blessings,
Into love.
I do not reject them but I use them for good.
I am powerful beyond belief and I trust in my ability to do so.
I reclaim my birthright,
I reclaim my abundance,
My glory.
I reclaim my health,
My joy and the love that lives within me.
I declare all of the suffering that I have lived in this life to be transmuted into power and love.
I declare all of the poverty that I have experienced in this life to transmute into abundance and wealth.
I declare all of the illness to be health.
I am that that I am now.
I am free,
I am me and so it is.
It is done.
And now a beautiful white light begins to surround you as the angel continues with their blessing,
Their healing.
I invite you to keep an eye out for any synchronicities and blessings.
And so it's time to come back now,
Slowly expanding your awareness back,
Back to your body,
Back to your breath.
Take your time to return and when it feels right come back and open your eyes.
