This is a cooling energy.

A relaxing energy.
Relieving you of any tension.
Stress.
Washing away all of that heaviness.
And now breathe in this light.
Cooling down your lung.
Soothing your heart.
And on the out breath just release any tension.
Any stress.
Inviting in complete peace.
And moving this light around your spine.
Cooling and calming your nervous system.
Spreading throughout your bones.
Relaxing every part of your body.
And spreading through your muscles.
Melting away all of that tension and stress.
Inviting in complete relaxation.
Complete peace.
And inviting this energy into your mind.
Soothing your thoughts.
Relaxing your mind.
Relieving you of any heaviness.
Any distractions.
Creating a space of complete openness.
And inviting all of this quietness.
This absolute feel good energy within and around you now.
Completely surrounding you and creating absolute relaxation.
Enjoying this peace.
Embodying this peace.
And allow yourself to be with it.
Inviting this feeling throughout your day.
Allowing yourself to self-soothe.
Self-nurture.
