Welcome to the Meditation Channel. Let's begin. Close your eyes. Breathe in. Breathe out. Beginning to quieten down the mind and the body. Inviting a sense of relaxation and peace. Taking time and telling yourself that this is a moment of peace. Of letting go. Of allowing. Of inviting. The universe does not know time. When you wish to manifest everything is in the now. And so today's meditation is designed to help you bring into your reality something that you truly desire. And so let's begin the meditation with setting an intention. Thinking about one wish, One thing that you truly desire to manifest. What is it? What does your heart desire? What would make your life more magical? Did you find it? Okay. Be very specific about what it is that you desire. And now amplify that energy in your heart. Create a charge of energy into your heart. Calling it. Activating it. I want you now to visualize a staircase in front of you. And you begin to go up this staircase. One step at a time getting closer and closer to this manifestation. And once you get to the top of the stairs there is a door. This door will lead you into the future. One year from now. Step through. Open this door. And on the other side of this door your manifestation is happening. Has already happened. You're stepping into a future reality. And now let's explore this reality. Think about your manifestation and see yourself in it. Living it. Experiencing it. Where are you? From the first steps of making it happen. Birthing the idea. Taking action. Visualizing about it. Putting your time into it. Are there people there supporting you through your journey? And then watch. As people magnetize towards you. The right people who will help you succeed in this endeavor. Everything aligns for you. For this wish to happen. Effortlessly. Luck is on your side. The synchronicities are everywhere. And now see yourself enjoying. Enjoying this manifestation. Living it. Breathing it. Existing in it. Celebrating your manifestation in every kind of way you can imagine. Embodying this feeling. This experience. Completely. And saying yes to every moment. And seeing people celebrate you. People that love you. People that are close to you. Happy for you. You get to share this joy. This experience. And you reap the rewards. Accepting and embracing it and saying yes to it. No aspects of you are in resistance to this. Be proud of yourself. Smile. Enjoy. Celebrate. Laugh. Dance. It's all here. Right now. And it's time now to come back. But before we do that. We are going to bring this reality. This future experience. Back with us. And so being still for a moment. Visualize you opening your chest. Opening your heart like a door. And calling this experience into your heart now. Watching the reality around you just melt and turn into a light. And entering your heart. And once this light has entered your heart. Close the door. Close the portal. And step back out and walk down those stairs. Bringing this into your reality now. Right here. And as you get to the bottom of the steps. Step back into your body. Feeling your body. Feeling your breath. Feeling the charged up energy in your heart. And saying thank you universe for this beautiful gift. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I am so excited. I am so happy. I am so blessed. I am so lucky. I accept this gift completely. And wholeheartedly. I embrace it. I love it. I am so grateful. Thank you. And just trusting that now this energy is here. It's happening. And all you have to do is just let go and trust. And see the synchronicities. Feel the energy. Know for sure that it is going to manifest. You have powerfully shifted your energy and your reality. And saying thank you to yourself.
