What are you willing to give up to become who you're asking to become?
For thousands of years,
Humans have made sacrifices,
Offerings,
Especially in cults and religious traditions.
Now,
We're not obviously talking about that type of sacrifice,
Okay?
Relax.
That's not what we do here.
But there is some truth,
Unfortunately,
To that.
There is something within the folklore,
The magic,
The manifestation world,
That holds some truth to that.
Giving up something of value in order to gain something else.
So what if your manifestation isn't just about asking about what you want to receive?
What if it's also about what you're willing to release?
Therefore,
Some level of exchange.
This is essentially where you can think of it kind of like having some kind of agreement with the universe.
If you sacrifice X,
The universe will give you Y.
But what I really want to say,
It's something more within the lines of I'm showing myself and symbolically showing the universe.
I'm essentially serious about creating this change.
So let's just give you an example of what I mean by this.
For instance,
If somebody wants to become a doctor.
Or a lawyer.
There is a level of sacrifice that comes with that.
Years of study,
Years of not being able to do what you want because you have to go to school,
Spend money for that school.
You get the gist.
Or for instance,
Let's just say somebody wants to become a bodybuilder.
Well,
Again,
There has to be some level of sacrifice involved.
You don't just eat donuts and do whatever you want without exercising and get a body like that.
In order to achieve that goal,
You have to be very strict with your diet,
You have to exercise multiple times a day,
And that requires a humongous amount of sacrifice.
Someone who wants to build a business.
You sacrifice time with your family and friends,
Your weekends.
You're working very long hours and hopefully you get the reward.
Every transformation costs something.
So,
When it comes to me currently,
The sacrifice that I have made is I've decided to go sober for six months.
Now,
The reason for that is because when I look at my life,
I have reached a certain level.
And when I want to upgrade my life,
I understand that if I continue at the level that I am at,
I'm not going to be able to grow,
Obviously.
So the behaviors,
The habits,
Certain things that are specific that I am in a repetition about are holding this frequency,
This energy.
So once I meditated on it,
And I really looked at my life,
And I looked at the one thing that meant something for me,
And by the way,
The sacrifice sometimes doesn't always have to be good for you.
I realized that the one thing that I had to sacrifice was my nightly behavior,
My habits,
Which is having a glass of wine or two or four sometimes.
When I finish work.
I work very long hours and I enjoy to switch off at night.
And of course,
I've been using wine to be able to do that.
Now,
There's a couple of reasons that I have become aware of this.
Number one,
When you ingest something into your body,
It affects the frequency of your body,
And therefore it changes your aura,
Your energy field,
And therefore the universe,
The world outside of you,
Receives you in a certain way.
You do that time and time and time enough,
You're creating that pattern,
That frequency within your own energy,
And therefore you recreate the outcomes.
So the other reason why I decided that is because obviously it's not great for me.
Okay,
Let's be real.
Like once in a while,
That's fantastic,
But it's also become a bit of a crutch,
Not only just when I'm at home,
But also when I go out.
In social events,
I like to drink because I am a very socially awkward person.
I do not like being around big groups of people.
Alcohol numbs me.
So that's a huge sacrifice for me because,
You know,
It's much easier to deal with everything when you are a little bit different.
Pepsi.
So I made this decision.
And the idea of this essentially is by sacrificing this and committing to my decision is that it will eventually change my frequency and therefore it has to change something within my life.
Therefore,
The energetic upgrade.
And what that will be,
We'll find out.
I know what my goal is.
I know my intention.
And again,
I am open to then having more alcohol later down the future if I want to,
If it is something I'm open to,
But as of now,
This is my commitment,
And this is my sacrifice,
And I will honor it.
So the point is,
Guys,
Is that you cannot give up something that doesn't mean something to you.
It should be uncomfortable.
It should be even sometimes painful.
A sacrifice should have weight.
So think of it this way.
Desire,
Sacrifice,
Action.
Transformation.
So you don't want to think of it kind of like because I'm giving this up the universe now owes me.
That's not the energy that we want to be putting out there.
Very,
Very important,
Guys.
Willing to participate in the transformation I'm asking for.
Or I am willing to discover who I want to become through this transformation.
So this is not an oh,
However,
This is showing the universe your dedication,
How serious you are,
And the universe cannot ignore you because of that.
Okay guys,
So I'm gonna give you three prompts.
On this workshop so it can help you maybe discover what your sacrifice can be.
And again,
Don't think of it as something epic.
It can also be baby steps to start with,
But I promise you any type of sacrifice that you do will begin to change things.
So,
If you like,
Take pen and paper or just reflect upon this.
What do I deeply want to call into my life right now?
Essentially,
What are you asking for?
What am I willing to sacrifice to meet that version of myself?
A habit,
Alcohol,
Donation,
Netflix,
An unhealthy relationship,
A way of speaking to myself or others,
Complaining,
Spending money,
Not spending money.
And the final question is,
What will my sacrifice make space for?
So I don't want you to think of it kind of like I'm losing something.
You have to understand that by through this,
You are actually gaining something.
And in order to gain something,
You have to make space.
Therefore,
You have to release the old in order to allow the new.
So if you like,
Write down,
I sacrifice,
Finish the sentence,
I make space for,
The sentence and then for the next days or month now this is also another important thing guys this is something that you're promising yourself.
This is something that you're honoring and making an agreement or a contract with yourself.
So like I said,
I've been doing this for six months.
I have an end date,
And if I want to continue from there,
I can,
But I will honor this date.
If it is too difficult,
Don't make it six years,
Don't make it six months,
Maybe make it a month,
Maybe make it a week,
Whatever works best for you.
Now,
I want you to remind yourself,
This is not a punishment,
And you're not trying to deprive yourself to show that you are worthy of something either.
You're essentially making something sacred,
Essentially choosing what matters more to you.
All right,
Guys?
Well,
I hope you enjoyed this workshop and I will see you in the next one.
