So today's exercise is a fun.

Ritual.
Essentially we're making a spell.
Okay,
That's what we're doing.
Okay,
So I'm going to teach you a couple of things on how to do spells.
The first one is going to be around manifestation,
Wanting to create something to make it grow.
Now,
I want you to think of this kind of like writing a contract to yourself,
To your soul,
The same way that we have contracts,
Spiritual contracts,
We can also create those contracts.
Of course,
Make sure that you do this safely with the highest intention,
And I'm gonna teach you how to do that first and foremost.
So,
What you're gonna need is pen and paper,
And obviously,
Before you do any type of ritual or intention or spell,
You really have to make sure that first and foremost,
The energies are protected,
Intentional,
And that you are very specific about the type of energy that you're calling in.
So whenever I do any type of ritual like this,
I first and foremost,
Do it with me,
Close your eyes,
And you're going to call in a powerful sacred white light.
And you're going to visualize this light as a circle of energy forming around your body,
Around wherever you are.
Sealing in all of the materials,
All of the things that you need.
Obviously in this case is the pen and paper.
And then from this circle of light,
You're going to see particles of light moving up surrounding your body,
Cleansing and clearing your aura and your energy field,
And creating essentially an energetic container where you are in the center.
And then you're going to say with me.
These are the boundaries of my circle.
Only love shall enter in and only love shall emerge from within.
Charged by my powers and the old ones.

So now that we have set our circles,
Essentially we're creating an energetic,
Powerful container where only the highest,
Purest,
Most aligned energies can connect with us.
And this is very crucial,
By the way,
Moving forward.
Next.
How we're going to do this spell today,
Essentially,
Is I want you to think of something that you want to manifest,
That you want to call into your energy field,
That you are ready to commit to energetically,
Spiritually,
And in this lifetime.
Of course,
Understand that like any spell,
It's a commitment,
Okay?
So sometimes this is the spiritual practice,
But then action has to follow if you want to complete the contract.
So at the beginning,
You're going to basically say,
This is how I do it.
I'm going to put the date of today,
So 30th.
Of July.
2026.
That's when I did it.
And.
.
.
Like any contract,
You want to basically make a declaration.
So in this contract or in this agreement,
I declare that and then you can call something in.
So a couple of things.
When we're doing love spells or any type of spell,
You have to understand that you do not want to cross the line of free will.
Very important.
So let's just say you want to manifest love.
I'm calling in the life partner of my dreams,
My soulmate.
That is fine,
But you do not want to ask for a specific person.
Or a job.
When we're doing this,
We're crossing a line.
We're crossing a line where we're trying to influence an effect and manipulate the energy of somebody else.
And make it bend to our will.
Now,
This is crossing over to black magic.
So,
If you want to do that,
That's up to you.
I don't mess with that.
I don't think it's necessary.
So,
All you have to do is declare the love that is in perfect alignment with your soul,
The job that is of the highest and greatest good to your purpose.
Again,
All the wordings and the things that you do matter.
So,
I love you.
Call in.
The Perfect.
I'm gonna do acting job because I'm an actor on the side.
Acting,
Job.
That will elevate my career.
And fulfill my life.
Purpose.
I declare This.
To be of A.
Hi.
Highest.
Payment.
That I have yet received.
I declare this So.

And so it is.
And then you're going to sign your name at the bottom.
Next,
Very important again,
Whenever you do any type of paperwork spells,
How you fold the paper.
Matters.
So when you declare something,
When you're calling something in,
You're going to fold the paper towards you because you're calling that energy towards you.
I like to do everything in three.
So one,
I receive.
Two.
I receive.
And three I receive.
Now,
Little tip here as well.
You want to spice it up.
You want to amplify this.
You can put a bit of cinnamon You can put a little bit of magnet powder because it magnetizes it towards you.
And any other herbs that you feel you are drawn to,
And you can always go on the internet and research that for love,
Specifically for,
You know,
If you put lavender usually represents peace.
So yeah,
All of this sort of stuff.
I think rosemary is for abundance,
So you can do your little research,
But also trust your instincts.
Trust yourself.
Now,
Once you've done this,
What I want you to do is I want you to bury this like a seed.
You're going to plant this intention,
Give it to Mother Earth that is connected to this reality,
To this realm.
To this realm so that she can help you manifest your desire.
And of course,
Watch it grow,
But give it time,
Because sometimes these manifestations take a little bit of time,
A little bit longer.
