Thank you, Amelia🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I had a rather rough night, then in the very early morning, I discovered your sleep yoga nidra. I must have fallen asleep quickly, could not remember anything, slept for about an hour, pressed the button again, this time I made it to the gratitude moment, fell asleep shortly after, and again slept for an hour. I might do it a third time, maybe I will hear more, maybe I will fall asleep for another hour: wouldn’t that be wonderful?!🙏🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏🏻Third time: I did not fall asleep any more, however, I stayed awake for the whole nidra. The first two times, I never heard the “package” part. Made me smile. Must have picked up on the ear part the second time, just that. Was surprised that we only did the rotation of consciousness, though it was a good one, following a different pathway, making me aware of unusual body parts. Thank you for the expansian I received through practicing with you🙏🏻🌟😇🌟🙏🏻

Such a beautiful and powerful meditation. I loved the poem that was recited and how one’s struggles were reframed from suffering to a necessary part of development in to a thriving individual. Thank you 🙏

My takeaway: Yes, incorporating this into evening routine, rubbing feet and shoulder is game changer. I appreciate the ambience and no fuss delivery . :) KEY: 5*Insightful 4*Interesting 3*Okay 2*Not For Me 1*Irritating
