It's Amelia.
This meditation is a short meditation.
To the metaphor of the rain.
It actually literally is raining outside right now.
And I realized how soothing and calming the sound of the rain is,
The visual of it.
And it also reminds me of just cleansing.
Just cleansing,
Rinsing off.
Letting go of anything that you no longer want to hold on to.
And I invite you now to either take a seat.
Or you can lay down.
You can even walk while you're listening to this meditation or watching this meditation.
And imagine that you can hear the sound of rain.
And feeling that rain,
That gentle rain on your skin,
On your body,
Energetically rinsing off anything.
And you don't want to hold on to right now.
Notice if there's a sticky situation.
A sticky circumstance.
Relationship.
Something,
Maybe even sticky thoughts that no longer serve you.
And that these magical raindrops,
This magical rain,
When you allow it to just gently touch the mind.
The body,
The heart,
The energetic field.
Allowing it to rinse away,
To cleanse and clear.
Allowing it to cleanse and clear.
So I'll give you a little bit here in silence.
Just staying with this imagery,
Letting the breath be comfortable,
What is most relaxing for you.
And allowing anything to cleanse,
Clear,
Rinse away.
That you no longer want to stick to you.
No longer want to hold on to.
No longer want that thing.
To rule your thoughts or to rule your life.
You can rinse,
Release,
And let it go.
Rinsing and releasing.
Clearing,
Creating space.
Creating space for freedom.
Free from suffering.
Letting go.
And with your next inhale,
Feel that freedom of the breath as you inhale,
Filling up.
And as you exhale,
Sigh,
Release,
Let it go.
Let me check in.
