She is in the process of undertaking a meditation facilitator training course with a view to being a fully qualified meditation teacher through Breathworks. She is exploring how breathwork and self compassion can support healing and balance. Her work is guided by authenticity and vulnerability and she would like to help people in finding calm in times of anxiety or low mood. Through gentle, heart-centered practices she would like to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect and simply be.
