Remembering Our Natural State
Welcome to Day 1, where we embark on a gentle introduction to meditation - including useful tips to make it the best fit for you. In this initial session, we'll gracefully ease into our bodies and settle into the space, aiming for the greatest benefit possible. As we continue, we'll discover the art of observing and noticing each breath, a delightful tool to keep us in a peaceful meditative space. With practice, we begin to remember our natural state.

Soften Into Focus
Day 2 - Sensory focus. We delve into the power of focus with our senses. We explore surfing our inner waves by tuning into sound and by noticing the surface that we are resting on. We also continue the practice with the breath as an anchor. Meditation is an art of riding waves, accepting, and releasing. No specific goal, just being here right now.
Leçon 3
Becoming The Space
Day 3 - Centered on the art of spaciousness, this lesson focuses on expanding awareness and embracing the space around and within. The session includes physical tension-release exercises, visualization of a tree, and a mindful exploration of the gaps between thoughts. Emphasis is placed on becoming one with the space, allowing the mind to dissolve into it.

Breath, Focus & Space
Day 4, This lesson serves as a reminder of the interconnectedness of a calm mind and a relaxed body, fostering growth and evolution in our practice. We revisit the foundational tools of our meditation journey - breath awareness, sensory focus, and embracing the space between thoughts. As we breathe deeply, tune into our surroundings, and explore the gaps within our minds, we find a cycle of calmness and relaxation.

Balancing & Body Scan
Day 5 presents a powerful balancing meditation and body scan with binaural beats. Here, we truly soften into bliss to experience the potent effects that meditation can have on us. May you discover the art of softly landing into your body. We also start to connect with our hearts to prepare for tomorrow. Let the journey unfold.

The Power Of Gratitude
Day 6 - presents a guided Gratitude meditation, delving into the exploration of gratitude and heart energy. Discover how to connect with your heart, expressing gratitude for different aspects of life, and experience the expansion of thankful energy within yourself and beyond.

Guided Imagery
In this final meditation, you're invited on a peaceful visualization journey. Let the waves of relaxation guide you to a house with loving surprises awaiting. We enhance the depth of our practice with familiar tools and a symbolic gift is offered, providing a lasting source of peace and joy into your everyday life.
