Spirituality 101

This Spirituality 101 course is your practical guide to understanding spirituality through direct, subjective experience in meditation, in a non-dogmatic way. We explore how to separate consciousness from thought, learn to be in the moment, find meaning and purpose, and become aware of subtle intuition. Spirituality is your true nature, and this 7-part series is here to guide you through that discovery process.

Leçon 1: The Fundamentals Of Spirituality

In this first lesson, we'll go beyond definitions and dive straight into the heart of spirituality – your own awareness. We'll explore the transformative power of presence, learning to step out of past and future anxieties and into the sacredness of this moment. Through a guided meditation, you'll discover the essence of your being and begin to cultivate a sense of connection and meaning. Get ready to experience spirituality through your own subject, conscious experience.

Leçon 2: The Power Of Now

In this lesson, we'll explore the transformative power of awareness and how it can awaken us from the 'mental dream state'. Inspired by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, you'll be guided to recognize the tendencies of the mind and gently return to the simple yet profound reality of this moment. Through meditation, you'll discover a deeper sense of your own being and the profound mystery of existence itself.

Leçon 3: Beyond Thought

This lesson explores the profound realization that we are not our thoughts, but rather the space in which they arise. Through guided meditation, you'll practice observing your thoughts without becoming lost in them, uncovering a deeper sense of being and a glimpse of your true essence beyond the mental chatter.

Leçon 4: Conscious Intentionality

This lesson explores the power of intentionality in daily life. We'll examine how our unconscious patterns can run the show, and how the awareness cultivated in meditation allows us to choose our responses. Through guided reflection, you'll identify an area for growth, set an intention, and discover how mindfulness empowers us to show up more authentically, transforming the quality of our actions and interactions.

In this final meditation, we'll examine a challenging experience, transforming it into a source of wisdom and growth. I really love all of your courses and thank you for making them. I always learn a lot and I usually do each course a few times.
